【摘要】：眾多企業(yè)在實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)時(shí),沒(méi)有做到有計(jì)劃、又科學(xué)和系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施。企業(yè)在ERP的使用上存在諸多問(wèn)題,不能有效的運(yùn)用ERP系統(tǒng)提升自身的管理水平。為了更好的發(fā)揮ERP系統(tǒng)的作用,Y公司對(duì)原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,同時(shí)對(duì)原有的ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)性和升級(jí)。Y公司已有的ERP系統(tǒng)存在著業(yè)務(wù)流程不順暢,實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)流程和ERP流程不匹配等方面的主要問(wèn)題。在對(duì)Y公司ERP系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)和升級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)的思路上,筆者設(shè)計(jì)了“問(wèn)題調(diào)查--主業(yè)務(wù)流程改進(jìn)--輔助業(yè)務(wù)流程改進(jìn)--軟硬件升級(jí)--ERP系統(tǒng)布署--運(yùn)行測(cè)試與優(yōu)化”的思路。本文共分七章,第一章是緒論,主要是介紹課題的來(lái)源及問(wèn)題。第二章是研究綜述,主要是目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀。第三章對(duì)A公司的ERP系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,找出目前系統(tǒng)所出現(xiàn)在的問(wèn)題。目前,ERP系統(tǒng)使用中存在的一些問(wèn)題和困難,總結(jié)歸納存在的問(wèn)題,并確定以業(yè)務(wù)流程為關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。由此,提出Y公司的ERP升級(jí)思路。第四、五章主要根據(jù)存在的問(wèn)題,分別對(duì)各個(gè)管理流程進(jìn)行分析改進(jìn)。在完善改進(jìn)的同時(shí),也針對(duì)目前管理過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)管理不規(guī)范的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的流程,完善管理。第六章寫(xiě)的是如何選用軟件和硬件,并制訂軟件和硬件升級(jí)方案。最后,總結(jié)全文。針對(duì)改進(jìn)后的流程和ERP系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)完成,提升管理水平,提出展望和不足。
[Abstract]:Many enterprises in the implementation of the ERP system, did not achieve a planned, scientific and systematic implementation. Enterprises in the use of ERP there are many problems, Can not effectively use the ERP system to improve their own management level. In order to better play the role of the ERP system to optimize the original business process, At the same time, the improvement of the original ERP system and the upgrading of the existing ERP system of .Y Company are not smooth. The main problems such as mismatch between actual business process and ERP process. In the way of improving and upgrading the ERP system of Y Company, The author designs the idea of "problem investigation-main business process improvement-auxiliary business process improvement-software and hardware upgrade-ERP system deployment-running test and optimization". This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter is a summary of the research, mainly the current situation of the domestic research on ERP system. Chapter three is the investigation of the ERP system of A Company. Find out the problems existing in the current system. Some problems and difficulties in the current ERP system use, summarize the existing problems, and determine the business process as the key factor to optimize. This paper puts forward the idea of ERP upgrade of Y Company. 4th, five chapters mainly analyze and improve each management process according to the existing problems. While perfecting and improving, it also aims at the problems of non-standard management in the current management process. Chapter 6th is about how to select software and hardware, and how to develop software and hardware upgrade scheme. Finally, summarize the full text. For the improved process and ERP system improvement, improve the management level, Put forward the prospect and deficiency.
