【摘要】:從外部獲取互補(bǔ)性資源是制造商提升核心能力并在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要途徑。供應(yīng)商作為制造商的外部重要合作伙伴,能提供制造商所需關(guān)鍵的知識(shí)和技能等資源,供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理日益受到學(xué)者和企業(yè)管理者的關(guān)注。制造商與供應(yīng)商之間的合作是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展過(guò)程,也是雙方合作關(guān)系不斷進(jìn)行深化的過(guò)程。制造商只有深化與供應(yīng)商的合作關(guān)系才能夠促進(jìn)雙方戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系的形成,進(jìn)而確保制造商能夠從供應(yīng)商處獲得所需互補(bǔ)性資源。合作關(guān)系深化是銜接制造商與供應(yīng)商前期關(guān)系積累與戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系形成的重要橋梁,是制造商與供應(yīng)商在以往合作過(guò)程中,隨著雙方合作質(zhì)量和關(guān)系嵌入水平的提高,而改變雙方關(guān)系行為和達(dá)成合作規(guī)范共識(shí)的一種狀態(tài)。理清制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化的結(jié)構(gòu)維度以及關(guān)鍵影響因素,探析合作關(guān)系深化機(jī)理成為制造商面臨的重要議題?疾熘圃焐膛c供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化的結(jié)構(gòu)維度,探索合作關(guān)系深化的影響因素,并揭示各個(gè)影響因素對(duì)合作關(guān)系深化的作用機(jī)理。首先,基于扎根理論的研究方法,用開(kāi)放式深度訪(fǎng)談和焦點(diǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)訪(fǎng)談收集原始資料,通過(guò)開(kāi)放式編碼、主軸編碼和選擇性編碼,明確制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化的結(jié)構(gòu)維度。在文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)地調(diào)研和專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談,編制包括20個(gè)題項(xiàng)的合作關(guān)系深化的初始問(wèn)卷。通過(guò)預(yù)測(cè)試,確定正式問(wèn)卷。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查獲取數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用探索性因子分析法提取公共因子,得到包括14個(gè)題項(xiàng)的合作關(guān)系深化的正式測(cè)量量表,通過(guò)驗(yàn)證性因子法檢驗(yàn)因子結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,并對(duì)量表的信度和效度進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。其次,基于文獻(xiàn)研究法和企業(yè)訪(fǎng)談,通過(guò)預(yù)測(cè)試,得到合作關(guān)系深化影響因素的正式測(cè)量量表。采用探索性因子分析法提取公共因子,并檢驗(yàn)量表信度和效度。最后,基于文獻(xiàn)梳理和理論推導(dǎo),構(gòu)建制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化機(jī)理的概念模型,并提出研究假設(shè)。通過(guò)大樣本調(diào)查收集數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行擬合分析,對(duì)所提研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化包含3個(gè)維度,即制造商關(guān)系行為、供應(yīng)商關(guān)系行為和雙方合作關(guān)系規(guī)范。制造商關(guān)系行為包括契約承諾和制造商支持,供應(yīng)商關(guān)系行為包括優(yōu)先客戶(hù)地位和關(guān)系專(zhuān)用性投資,雙方合作關(guān)系規(guī)范包括規(guī)范共識(shí)和未來(lái)合作意愿。所開(kāi)發(fā)量表具有良好信度和效度。(2)制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化的影響因素有制造商對(duì)供應(yīng)商認(rèn)同、供應(yīng)商互補(bǔ)性能力、供應(yīng)商合作力度以及制造商對(duì)以往合作滿(mǎn)意這4個(gè)方面。(3)在影響因素對(duì)關(guān)系嵌入的影響效應(yīng)中,制造商對(duì)供應(yīng)商認(rèn)同對(duì)關(guān)系嵌入有顯著正向影響;供應(yīng)商互補(bǔ)性能力對(duì)關(guān)系嵌入有正向影響,但不顯著;供應(yīng)商合作力度和制造商對(duì)以往合作滿(mǎn)意對(duì)關(guān)系嵌入均有顯著正向影響。在影響因素對(duì)合作質(zhì)量的影響效應(yīng)中,制造商對(duì)供應(yīng)商認(rèn)同對(duì)合作質(zhì)量有正向影響,但不顯著;供應(yīng)商互補(bǔ)性能力、供應(yīng)商合作力度與制造商對(duì)以往合作滿(mǎn)意均對(duì)合作質(zhì)量有顯著正向影響。關(guān)系嵌入和合作質(zhì)量對(duì)合作關(guān)系深化有顯著正向影響。研究結(jié)論有助于明確制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)維度及其影響因素,認(rèn)識(shí)制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系深化的深層次原因,推進(jìn)制造商與供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究;研究結(jié)論還有助于為制造商有效利用供應(yīng)商資源、管理供應(yīng)商關(guān)系提供理論借鑒和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:From the external obtaining complementary resources is an important way to enhance the core competence of the manufacturer and the advantage in the market competition. As a manufacturer of external important partner suppliers, manufacturers can provide resources required key knowledge and skills, supplier relationship management increasingly by scholars and enterprise managers attention. Between manufacturer and supplier is a dynamic process of development, but also continue to deepen cooperation between the two sides of the process. The manufacturer should deepen the cooperation with the supplier in order to promote the strategic partnership between the two sides of the form, and to ensure that the manufacturer can obtain the required complementary resources from suppliers. Cooperation deepening is an important bridge between manufacturer and supplier of the accumulation of early convergence a strategic partnership with the formation, is the manufacturer and supplier in the past in the process of cooperation, with the double The cooperation quality and raise the level of relational embeddedness, a state change of relations between the two sides reached consensus and cooperation behavior specification. Conclusions are the factor structure dimension and its effect to clear the cooperation between manufacturers and suppliers of deep structure, understanding the deep-seated reasons to deepen relations between manufacturers and suppliers of cooperation, promote research cooperation of manufacturers and suppliers the relationship between the field; research conclusion also helps for the effective use of manufacturer supplier resources and supplier relationship management.
