G公司員工滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)下,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根到底是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。企業(yè)要想在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位和持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須要有一支忠誠(chéng)、高效的員工隊(duì)伍做支撐。在人力資源成為企業(yè)最重要的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)資源的今天,較高的員工滿(mǎn)意度將提高員工的工作效率和留任意愿,增進(jìn)企業(yè)管理和諧,最終有利于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的提高。企業(yè)的管理理念也在經(jīng)歷著巨大的變化,以前企業(yè)都以顧客為中心和奉行顧客至上,隨著以人為本理念的盛行,現(xiàn)在的企業(yè)漸漸轉(zhuǎn)變和認(rèn)識(shí)到要以員工為中心,F(xiàn)代企業(yè)中進(jìn)行員工滿(mǎn)意度研究具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。本文在研究員工滿(mǎn)意度和留任意愿相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以G公司為研究對(duì)象,研究影響員工滿(mǎn)意度的個(gè)人因素和企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素以及員工的留任意愿與員工滿(mǎn)意度之間的關(guān)系。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式收集G公司員工滿(mǎn)意度和留任意愿的數(shù)據(jù),并采用SPSS18.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性分析、因子分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析。研究結(jié)果顯示,工作滿(mǎn)意度對(duì)留任意愿有顯著的正向影響;工作滿(mǎn)意度的幾個(gè)影響因素包括薪酬滿(mǎn)意度、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與晉升滿(mǎn)意度、工作本身滿(mǎn)意度對(duì)留任意愿有顯著的正向影響;并且工作滿(mǎn)意度的各個(gè)影響因素對(duì)留任意愿的影響程度存在差異。最后本文以激勵(lì)理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合研究結(jié)論以及G公司員工管理的現(xiàn)狀,有針對(duì)性地提出相對(duì)合理的改善建議,希望能夠幫助G公司更好的提高員工滿(mǎn)意度和留任意愿,以助于企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the context of global economic integration and knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. If enterprises want to gain competitive advantage and sustainable development in the market competition, they must have a loyalty. Today, when human resources become the most important competitive resources of enterprises, higher employee satisfaction will improve the efficiency and willingness of employees to stay, and enhance the harmonious management of enterprises. The management idea of the enterprise is also going through great changes. In the past, the enterprise always takes the customer as the center and adheres to the customer first. With the popularity of the people-oriented concept, Nowadays, enterprises gradually change and realize that we should focus on employees. It is of great theoretical and practical value to study employee satisfaction in modern enterprises. This paper is based on the research of employee satisfaction and retention intention. Take G Company as the research object, This paper studies the personal and internal factors that affect employee satisfaction and the relationship between employee's willingness to stay and employee satisfaction. The data of employee satisfaction and retention intention are collected by questionnaire survey in G Company. The descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of sample data were carried out with SPSS18.0 statistical software. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on retention intention. Several influencing factors of job satisfaction include salary satisfaction, leadership and promotion satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on retention intention; And the degree of influence of various factors of job satisfaction on the willingness to stay is different. Finally, this paper is guided by incentive theory, combined with the research conclusions and the current situation of employee management in G Company. It is hoped that it can help company G to improve its employee satisfaction and willingness to stay in order to help the company to achieve sustainable competitiveness and development.
