【摘要】：目前建筑行業(yè)許多企業(yè)依舊采取傳統(tǒng)的工程材料庫存管理模式,普遍存在庫存管理水平不高,采購頻繁、采購成本過高,材料質(zhì)量不高,材料供應不及時,物資過量積壓等一系列問題,因此,迫切需要用現(xiàn)代的庫存管理理念對其進行管理。本文為了將現(xiàn)代庫存理念應用于建筑行業(yè)管理系統(tǒng),提高庫存系統(tǒng)的管理水平及可信性,展開對建筑工程項目庫存管理的優(yōu)化及可信性綜合研究,本文所做工作如下:(1)進行國內(nèi)外建筑行業(yè)庫存管理研究現(xiàn)狀及管理模式研究。系統(tǒng)分析了國內(nèi)外建筑行業(yè)庫存管理的現(xiàn)有成果,結(jié)合實際情況,參考各類文獻分析建筑行業(yè)庫存管理的特點,歸納目前庫存管理存在的問題,為論文的深入研究奠定基礎。(2)進行聯(lián)合庫存管理模式在建筑工程項目中的應用研究。根據(jù)建筑工程項目的特點及其庫存管理的特點,分析了目前建筑行業(yè)中常用的庫存管理模式,試圖尋找適合建筑行業(yè)庫存管理的模式,并對建筑工程項目中的聯(lián)合庫存管理模式展開討論,分析其運作模式和工作流程,指出應用聯(lián)合庫存模式的優(yōu)勢。分別針對穩(wěn)定需求和不穩(wěn)定需求的前提,對聯(lián)合庫存管理模式下的建筑工程項目庫存管理系統(tǒng)的成本進行分析,并與以往的各企業(yè)各自進行庫存管理的模式進行比較,證明了聯(lián)合庫存管理在成本節(jié)約方面的優(yōu)勢。(3)建立建筑工程項目庫存管理的可信性指標。分析了影響建筑項目庫存系統(tǒng)可信性的因素,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有研究成果,參考其他行業(yè)可信性的研究分析及其指標建立原則,建立聯(lián)合庫存管理模式下建筑工程項目庫存系統(tǒng)的可信性屬性及指標體系。(4)進行聯(lián)合庫存管理模式下建筑工程項目庫存管理的可信性綜合分析。在建立庫存管理可信性指標的基礎上,基于可信性測度,建立建筑工程項目庫存系統(tǒng)的可信性的綜合評價模型�，F(xiàn)代庫存管理理念的引入,能夠促進建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展,并提高市場競爭力,以最小的成本,高效的完成建設項目�？尚判缘囊�,就是在成本最小的前提下,對建筑工程項目中的庫存管理水平進行綜合可信性研究,針對性的發(fā)現(xiàn)物資材料庫存管理過程中存在的問題,為管理者提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:At present, many enterprises in the construction industry still adopt the traditional management mode of engineering material inventory, which generally exists that the level of inventory management is not high, the procurement is frequent, the procurement cost is too high, the quality of materials is not high, and the supply of materials is not timely. In order to apply the modern inventory concept to the construction industry management system and improve the management level and credibility of the inventory system, it is urgent to use the modern inventory management concept to manage a series of problems, such as material overstocking, and so on. Research on optimization and credibility of inventory management of construction project is carried out. The work of this paper is as follows: (1) the present situation and management mode of inventory management in the construction industry at home and abroad are studied. The existing achievements of inventory management in the construction industry at home and abroad are systematically analyzed, and combined with the actual situation, Referring to all kinds of documents, the characteristics of inventory management in construction industry are analyzed, and the problems existing in inventory management at present are summarized. It lays a foundation for the further study of the thesis.) the application of the joint inventory management mode in the construction project is studied. According to the characteristics of the construction project and the characteristics of the inventory management, This paper analyzes the inventory management mode commonly used in the construction industry, tries to find a suitable inventory management model for the construction industry, discusses the joint inventory management mode in the construction project, and analyzes its operation mode and work flow. This paper points out the advantages of applying joint inventory mode. According to the premise of stable demand and unstable demand, the cost of inventory management system of construction project under joint inventory management mode is analyzed. And compared with the previous models of inventory management, It is proved that the advantage of joint inventory management in cost saving is to establish the creditability index of construction project inventory management. The factors influencing the credibility of construction project inventory system are analyzed, and the existing research results are combined. Referring to the research and analysis of the credibility of other industries and the principles for establishing indicators, Establish the credibility attribute and index system of the construction project inventory system under the joint inventory management mode, and carry on the credibility comprehensive analysis of the construction project inventory management under the joint inventory management mode. Based on creditability indicators, Based on credibility measure, a comprehensive evaluation model of credibility of inventory system of construction project is established. The introduction of modern inventory management concept can promote the development of construction industry and improve market competitiveness, at the minimum cost. The introduction of credibility in efficient completion of construction projects is to conduct a comprehensive credibility study on inventory management level in construction projects on the premise of minimum cost, and to find problems in the process of inventory management of materials and materials. Provide new ideas for managers.
