珠三角非銀行金融機構(gòu)對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)推動作用研究

【摘要】:本文結(jié)合研究的實際情況,通過對非銀行金融機構(gòu)的概念和范圍進(jìn)行分析和界定,區(qū)分非銀行金融機構(gòu)和銀行金融機構(gòu)對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資的作用和幫助等相關(guān)方面的差異。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,深刻剖析在正規(guī)銀行金融機構(gòu)的相關(guān)政策支持下,對現(xiàn)代大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)在金融方面支持的主要方式。論述正規(guī)銀行金融機構(gòu)對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資過程提供的幫助的風(fēng)險和不足,得出非銀行金融機構(gòu)為大學(xué)生提供金融支持的合理性。從大學(xué)生自身出發(fā),分析大學(xué)生尋求資金支持的渠道以及優(yōu)劣勢,并闡述非銀行金融機構(gòu)為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)提供金融支持的比較優(yōu)勢。最后,分析各種非銀行金融機構(gòu)為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)提供金融服務(wù)的基本方式,并闡述不同方式的優(yōu)缺點。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析珠三角區(qū)域中非銀行金融機構(gòu)為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)提供融資服務(wù)的門檻以及滿足程度,進(jìn)行非銀行金融機構(gòu)和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資渠道的的案例分析。其中選擇珠三角大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊“兼職貓”融資過程的案例分析,分析非銀行金融機構(gòu)對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用。在探討研究的過程中,主要論述非銀行金融機構(gòu)業(yè)態(tài)差異及其對大學(xué)生初創(chuàng)企業(yè)提供金融支持的主要形式,非銀行金融機構(gòu)各種融資手段為大學(xué)生初創(chuàng)企業(yè)提供金融支持的力度以及效果等等。以珠三角地區(qū)為例,分析大學(xué)生在初創(chuàng)項目的過程中,通過闡述大學(xué)生初創(chuàng)項目的現(xiàn)狀和在資金短缺的情況下,獲得非銀行金融機構(gòu)與政府等融資支持的影響,以此來彰顯非銀行金融機構(gòu)在資金提供和信貸利率等方面的資金支持對創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用。并根據(jù)案例,分析得出相關(guān)案例實踐的經(jīng)驗借鑒以及啟示。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept and scope of non-bank financial institutions are analyzed and defined according to the actual situation of the study. This paper distinguishes the difference between non-bank financial institutions and bank financial institutions in relation to the role and assistance of university students in venture financing. On this basis, it deeply analyzes the relevant policies of formal bank financial institutions. The main ways to support the modern college students' entrepreneurship in finance. The paper discusses the risks and shortcomings of the financial institutions of the formal banks to help the college students in the process of venture financing. The rationality of financial support provided by non-bank financial institutions for college students is obtained. From the perspective of college students themselves, this paper analyzes the channels and advantages and disadvantages of college students seeking financial support. The comparative advantages of non-bank financial institutions in providing financial support for college students' entrepreneurship are expounded. Finally, the basic ways in which various non-bank financial institutions provide financial services for college students' entrepreneurship are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of different ways are expounded. On this basis, the threshold and satisfaction of non-bank financial institutions in Pearl River Delta region to provide financing services for college students to start their own businesses are analyzed. The case study of non-bank financial institutions and the channel of college students' venture financing, including the case study of the "part-time cat" financing process of the university students' entrepreneurial team in the Pearl River Delta, This paper analyzes the role of non-bank financial institutions in promoting college students' entrepreneurship. In the course of the study, it mainly discusses the differences of non-bank financial institutions and the main forms of financial support for college students' start-up enterprises. The degree and effect of financial support provided by non-bank financial institutions to college students' start-up enterprises etc. Taking the Pearl River Delta as an example, this paper analyzes the process of college students' start-up projects. By expounding the current situation of university students' start-up projects and the influence of obtaining financial support from non-bank financial institutions and the government in the case of capital shortage, In order to highlight the non-bank financial institutions in the provision of funds and credit interest rates and other aspects of financial support to promote the role of entrepreneurial enterprises, and according to the case, analysis of the relevant case practice experience and inspiration.
