【摘要】：認知角度的創(chuàng)業(yè)研究已相當成熟,而情緒視角的研究才剛剛起步,創(chuàng)業(yè)激情在創(chuàng)業(yè)中的作用備受關(guān)注。綜述了創(chuàng)業(yè)激情的內(nèi)涵、測量、影響結(jié)果、作用機制以及創(chuàng)業(yè)激情的來源,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有研究還存在以下問題:內(nèi)涵模糊、測量工具不完善、影響和作用機制缺乏系統(tǒng)性、來源不明確。在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)激情研究的整合模型,提出采用案例分析方法對個體、團隊、組織層面的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情進行界定,從激情本質(zhì)出發(fā),開發(fā)新量表,對創(chuàng)業(yè)激情的負面效應給予關(guān)注,未來研究可探討創(chuàng)業(yè)激情對創(chuàng)業(yè)結(jié)果中介機制間的交互作用,并根據(jù)不同創(chuàng)業(yè)類型對創(chuàng)業(yè)激情進行跨文化分析。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial cognitive perspective has been quite mature, and the research perspective of emotions has just started, the role of entrepreneurial passion in entrepreneurship has attracted much attention. This paper reviewed the connotation of entrepreneurial passion measurement, effect, mechanism and source of entrepreneurial passion, finds that there are still the following problems: the existing research content of Fuzzy measurement tools, not perfect. Effect and mechanism of the lack of systematic, the source is not clear. On the basis of constructing the integrated model of entrepreneurial passion, using the case study method of individual, team, defines the organizational level of entrepreneurial passion, starting from the passion of nature, development of new scale, the negative effect of the entrepreneurial passion give attention to future studies study on the interaction of the entrepreneurial passion intermediary mechanism, and according to the different types of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial passion for cross-cultural analysis.
