【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來,社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論已成為企業(yè)研究的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。在中國這一“人情”社會中,社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)是如何影響企業(yè)績效的?企業(yè)如何構(gòu)建社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)并對社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)資源加以有效利用從而提升企業(yè)績效?回答這些問題有助于深入了解社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)及其對企業(yè)績效的影響機(jī)制。當(dāng)前中小企業(yè)作為我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要力量,在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也面臨著諸多生存與成長中的問題。對于中小企業(yè)來說,建立在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的社會關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)上的資源條件是企業(yè)得以生存和成長的保證。為此,論文從社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角出發(fā),對我國小企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行研究。論文通過文獻(xiàn)、訪談、問卷和案例等方法,收集研究所需數(shù)據(jù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入了解社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)對小企業(yè)生存與成長的影響機(jī)理,并分析不同環(huán)境條件下小企業(yè)構(gòu)建社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)的總體特征以及不同發(fā)展階段小企業(yè)社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)的演變規(guī)律。論文一方面可以從理論上豐富和完善現(xiàn)有的企業(yè)成長規(guī)律研究,另一方面對于了解我國小企業(yè)生存與成長過程中的社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)特征及其演變規(guī)律具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。具體來說,論文的研究成果包括：第一,構(gòu)建了社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)對小企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展影響機(jī)理的概念模型。論文通過對社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、企業(yè)成長等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理和總結(jié),并結(jié)合企業(yè)家訪談和專家學(xué)者的建議等,提煉出社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)對小企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展影響的概念模型。概念模型包含四個(gè)部分,即社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)、企業(yè)績效、環(huán)境因素、企業(yè)發(fā)展階段。社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)主要考察企業(yè)的商業(yè)聯(lián)系和政治聯(lián)系,企業(yè)績效是指小企業(yè)的生存和成長兩個(gè)方面,環(huán)境因素從制度環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,企業(yè)發(fā)展階段以企業(yè)經(jīng)營年限劃分。在分析社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)對小企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的影響時(shí),探究小企業(yè)外部環(huán)境條件和企業(yè)發(fā)展階段對二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。第二,提出了不同環(huán)境條件下構(gòu)建小企業(yè)社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)的分類框架模型。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果表明,商業(yè)聯(lián)系與政治聯(lián)系對小企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展均具有積極影響；商業(yè)聯(lián)系與小企業(yè)生存及發(fā)展之間是一種倒U型曲線關(guān)系,政治聯(lián)系與小企業(yè)生存及發(fā)展之間是一種U型曲線關(guān)系：制度環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境對社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)與小企業(yè)生存及發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系具有調(diào)節(jié)作用,制度環(huán)境具有反向調(diào)節(jié)作用,產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境具有正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。小企業(yè)構(gòu)建的社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)應(yīng)該與所處的外部環(huán)境相匹配,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了小企業(yè)不同環(huán)境條件下構(gòu)建其社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)的分類框架模型。基于制度環(huán)境(完備與否)和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境(變化程度),小企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境可劃分為四類,與此對應(yīng)小企業(yè)的社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)類型也劃分為四類,即內(nèi)向型、政府型、市場型、外向型。第三,建立了小企業(yè)不同發(fā)展階段其社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)演變的概念模型�；趯�(shí)證分析和典型案例分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)社會關(guān)系在企業(yè)不同發(fā)展階段表現(xiàn)出不同特征,商業(yè)聯(lián)系的重要性指數(shù)因企業(yè)發(fā)展階段的不同而表現(xiàn)出上升趨勢,政治聯(lián)系的重要性指數(shù)微幅下降：關(guān)系構(gòu)建主體由創(chuàng)業(yè)者個(gè)人向企業(yè)組織轉(zhuǎn)變：關(guān)系具體內(nèi)容由個(gè)體人際關(guān)系向企業(yè)社會關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變;關(guān)系基本類型由政府導(dǎo)向型向市場導(dǎo)向型轉(zhuǎn)變；關(guān)系范圍強(qiáng)度由集中密集向廣泛松散轉(zhuǎn)變。小企業(yè)從初創(chuàng)到成熟,其社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)演變具有一定規(guī)律性,基于此建立了小企業(yè)社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)演變的概念模型。這一演變過程一方面會受到不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和制度環(huán)境的影響,另一方面不同的制度環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境也為小企業(yè)社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)的構(gòu)建提供了必要的外在條件。論文通過研究探討了社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)對小企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的影響,并指出了外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)發(fā)展階段對二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。小企業(yè)在構(gòu)建和維護(hù)其社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)時(shí),必須明確其所處環(huán)境和發(fā)展階段,既要注意社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)與所處環(huán)境的匹配,同時(shí)要注意社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)在不同發(fā)展階段的演變特征。本研究結(jié)果對我國的企業(yè)經(jīng)營尤其是小企業(yè)的經(jīng)營提供了重要的啟示信息,為小企業(yè)合理有效地構(gòu)建和利用社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)資源提供了借鑒和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the theory of social relation network has become a hot research field of enterprise. In this China a "human" society, the social network is how to influence corporate performance? Enterprise how to build the social network and the social network resources utilization from and improve enterprise performance? Can contribute to a deeper understanding of social networks and its impact on corporateperformance mechanism to answer these questions. The current small and medium-sized enterprises as an important force in China's social economy, in the rapid development, is also facing many problems in the survival and growth. For small and medium enterprises, the establishment of social relations on the basis of network resources is the enterprise can survive and grow guarantee. Therefore, this paper from the social network perspective to study the survival and development of small enterprises in China. The paper through the literature, questionnaire and interview. How to collect the required data, based on in-depth understanding of the mechanism of social networks affect the survival and growth of small businesses, and the general characteristics of the social network construction of small enterprises under different environmental conditions and different development stages of enterprise social network evolution. On the one hand can enrich and perfect the study on the growth rule of the existing enterprise theoretically, on the other hand has practical significance for the understanding of China's small enterprises survive and grow in the process of social networks and their evolution characteristics. Specifically, the research results of the thesis include: first, building a conceptual model of the impact mechanism of social networks on survival and development of small enterprises. Based on the social network, and summarizes the enterprise growth and related literature, combined with expert interview and the suggestions of experts and scholars, refining out The conceptual model of social network on survival and development of small enterprises. The influence of the conceptual model consists of four parts, namely social relation network, enterprise performance, environmental factors, enterprise development stage. The social network mainly inspects the enterprise business ties and political ties, enterprise performance refers to small business survival and growth environment two aspects. The factors are analyzed from the two aspects of the system environment and the industrial environment, enterprise development stage in the business life of division. After analyzing the impact of social networks on survival and development of small enterprises, regulation of environmental conditions and explore the small business enterprise development stage on the relationship between the two. Second classification frame model construction of small enterprises social networks put forward different environmental conditions. The empirical results show that both has a positive impact on business ties and political contacts on survival and development of small businesses; business contact Between the lines and small enterprise survival and development is a kind of inverted U curve relationship between political connections and small enterprise survival and development is a kind of U type curve: system environment and the industrial environment has a moderating effect on the relationship between social network and small business survival and development, the institutional environment has a negativemoderating effect, industry the environment has a positive regulatory role. Small enterprises to build social networks should be matched with the external environment, based on the classification framework to construct the social networks put forward different environmental conditions of small enterprises. Based on the system environment (complete or not) and environment (change), small businesses the business environment can be divided into four categories, social networks and the corresponding types of small enterprises are divided into four categories, namely the introversion, government, market, export-oriented. Small business from start to mature, the social network evolution has certain regularity, the conceptual model of small enterprise social network evolution is established based on this. This evolution process will be affected by the industrial environment and institutional environment, On the other hand, the different institutional environment and industrial environment also provides necessary external conditions for the construction of small enterprise social network. It discusses the impact of social networks on the survival and development of small enterprises through research, and pointed out that the regulatory role of the external environment and the enterprise development stage of the relationship between the two small businesses in the building. And maintain the network of social relations, we must clarify its stage of development and the environment, we should pay attention to social networks, and the environment, and we should pay attention to the social network in the evolution of different stages of development. The results of this study on China's enterprises especially small business provides important enlightenment of information for small businesses to reasonably build and use social network resources to provide reference and guidance.
