基于平衡記分卡的YYHB公司績效考核優(yōu)化改進(jìn)

【摘要】:績效考核在國外企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中盡管已經(jīng)不斷的完善,但我國諸多企業(yè)績效考核方面的運(yùn)用未能夠發(fā)揮出其實(shí)質(zhì)作用。雖然很多企業(yè)在運(yùn)營的過程中創(chuàng)建了自身的績效考核體系,但依舊采用傳統(tǒng)的績效管理理念,進(jìn)而使得企業(yè)對短期財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)給予高度的重視,而未能全面的關(guān)注成長型的非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)在環(huán)保市場發(fā)展中的具體情況,這種管理方式嚴(yán)重制約了企業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)摿推髽I(yè)的自身利益。從企業(yè)管理能力的視角進(jìn)行分析,西方國家的企業(yè)在運(yùn)作的過程中具有豐富的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠綜合性的對績效考核方式全面利用。我國企業(yè)在發(fā)展環(huán)節(jié)中如果單一的參考西方專業(yè)理論,未能夠有效的結(jié)合自身的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行績效考核體系的創(chuàng)建無法展現(xiàn)出理想的效果。通過研究YYHB公司的績效管理,符合中國國情的績效管理系統(tǒng)做出一些有益的探討,從學(xué)術(shù)上探討環(huán)保類企業(yè)如何在新的商業(yè)競爭環(huán)境中建立并逐步完善有效的績效管理,以適應(yīng)環(huán)境和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的需求,具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案的提出,加以運(yùn)用后較好地促進(jìn)YYHB公司績效管理體系的改善,吸收優(yōu)秀人才的同時(shí)減少員工的流失,幫助員工快速成長與自我發(fā)展,進(jìn)而持續(xù)的增強(qiáng)YYHB公司的可持續(xù)競爭力,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)YYHB公司階段性的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。目前國內(nèi)眾多環(huán)保企業(yè)同樣也處于激烈行業(yè)市場競爭中,也可從中借鑒些許探討的成果,在相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面得到一些啟發(fā),從而優(yōu)化其績效管理方案,進(jìn)一步提升自身的核心競爭力。研究指出YYHB公司員工績效考核體系存在的問題在于過于關(guān)注財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),指標(biāo)選取存在缺陷,對服務(wù)文化的忽略,員工關(guān)注度低,缺乏交流與協(xié)作,對此本文明確了績效考核體系設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)和原則,闡述YYHB公司引入平衡計(jì)分卡的必要性和可行性之后,對YYHB公司績效考核體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。并提出了YYHB公司員工績效考核體系的實(shí)施與保障建議。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal has been continuously improved in the process of development of foreign enterprises. Although many enterprises have established their own performance appraisal system in the process of operation, they still adopt the traditional concept of performance management. Thus, enterprises attach great importance to short-term financial indicators, but fail to pay full attention to the specific situation of non-financial indicators of growth in the development of environmental protection market. This management method seriously restricts the development potential of enterprises and their own interests. From the perspective of enterprise management ability, Western enterprises have rich management experience in the process of operation. To make comprehensive use of performance appraisal methods. In the development of Chinese enterprises, if we refer to the western professional theory, The establishment of the performance appraisal system can not show the ideal effect. By studying the performance management of YYHB Company, the performance management system in accordance with the situation of China makes some beneficial discussion. From the academic point of view, it is of great academic value for environmental protection enterprises to establish and gradually perfect effective performance management in the new commercial competition environment, in order to meet the needs of environment and long-term development. After its application, it can promote the improvement of YYHB company's performance management system, absorb excellent talents and reduce the loss of employees, help the employees to grow quickly and develop themselves, so as to continuously enhance the sustainable competitiveness of YYHB Company. At present, many environmental protection enterprises in China are also in the fierce competition in the industry market. They can also learn from the results of some discussions, and get some inspiration in the related business. In order to optimize its performance management scheme and further enhance its core competitiveness, the study points out that the problems of YYHB employee performance appraisal system are that it pays too much attention to financial indicators, the selection of indicators has defects, and the service culture is ignored. This paper clarifies the goal and principle of performance appraisal system design, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of introducing balanced Scorecard in YYHB Company. This paper optimizes the design of the performance appraisal system of YYHB Company, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation and guarantee of the performance appraisal system of YYHB Company.
