【摘要】：智能家居企業(yè)隨著科技發(fā)展和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”創(chuàng)新必須要不斷的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級以提升效益和經(jīng)濟實力,對企業(yè)來說是難得的機遇也是嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。目前智能家居電子產(chǎn)品開始全面普及,市場競爭相當激烈,消費者個性化需求多樣,電子產(chǎn)品生命周期不斷縮短,企業(yè)必須加大前期研發(fā)投入力度,高要求制造業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理,快速反應(yīng)市場,生產(chǎn)出低成本多樣化產(chǎn)品,才能引領(lǐng)智能家居制造業(yè)進入前所未有的競爭時代。本文研究的H公司是智能家居產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)制造商,其生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品具有客戶個性需求定制件特性,但其庫存管理局限于企業(yè)資源整合狹隘思維,未有對原料供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)商、制造商和信息、資金、物流系統(tǒng)整合的管理思想。H公司產(chǎn)品種類多,訂單生產(chǎn)需求不穩(wěn)定和交貨周期長,同時還面臨各種技術(shù)迭代和制造企業(yè)全球化激烈競爭。如何通過有效的供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理來降低庫存成本,提高資金周轉(zhuǎn)率和客戶滿意度,其庫存控制起到極其關(guān)鍵的作用。本文首先通過國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理的相關(guān)文獻和歷史數(shù)據(jù)分析總結(jié),以供應(yīng)鏈庫存控制管理理論、供應(yīng)鏈管理模式以及項目管理方法為基礎(chǔ),以H公司的案例研究為背景,分析運營管理客戶需求預(yù)測管理和原料庫存管理現(xiàn)狀,找出H公司物料庫存控制存在的問題;在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用供應(yīng)鏈庫存成本控制和項目管理思維和方法,動態(tài)化管理客戶需求預(yù)測,同時運用合理庫存管理模式使公司產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)及時,提供原料轉(zhuǎn)化成品的周轉(zhuǎn)率和成品庫存靈活性,避免庫存呆滯。最后,通過理論聯(lián)系實際,提出具體的改進措施和建議,加強供應(yīng)鏈物料庫存控制管理,完善采購和庫存管理制度。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the "Internet" innovation, smart home enterprises must constantly upgrade their industries in order to enhance their efficiency and economic strength. It is a rare opportunity and a severe challenge for enterprises. At present, smart home electronic products are becoming more and more popular, the market competition is quite fierce, consumers' individual needs are diverse, and the life cycle of electronic products is continuously shortened. Enterprises must increase investment in research and development in the early stage, require manufacturing supply chain management, quickly respond to the market, and produce a variety of products at low cost. In order to lead the smart home manufacturing industry into an unprecedented era of competition. The H company studied in this paper is a manufacturer of smart home products. However, its inventory management is limited to the narrow thinking of enterprise resource integration, and there are many kinds of products of H Company, which are not used to integrate raw material suppliers, producers, manufacturers and information, funds, logistics systems, etc. The order production demand is unstable and the delivery period is long. At the same time, it also faces various technological iterations and fierce competition of manufacturing enterprises. How to reduce inventory cost and improve capital turnover and customer satisfaction through effective supply chain inventory management. The inventory control plays an extremely important role. Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant documents and historical data of supply chain inventory management at home and abroad, and uses the theory of supply chain inventory control management. Based on the supply chain management model and project management method, this paper analyzes the current situation of customer demand forecasting management and raw material inventory management in operation management based on the case study of H Company, and finds out the existing problems of material inventory control in H Company. On this basis, using supply chain inventory cost control and project management thinking and methods, dynamic management of customer demand prediction, while the use of reasonable inventory management model to make the company's product supply timely, To provide the turnover rate of raw materials and the flexibility of finished product inventory to avoid glassiness. Finally, through the combination of theory and practice, concrete improvement measures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the supply chain material inventory control management. Improve the procurement and inventory management system.
