【摘要】：協(xié)同創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目一般都是分階段進(jìn)行,且隨著項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行,合作主體也在不斷發(fā)生變化�；诖�,以已經(jīng)取得專利技術(shù)的高校尋求企業(yè)合作為起點(diǎn),將之后的過(guò)程分為小試、中試和產(chǎn)業(yè)化,每階段招募一家新企業(yè)為本階段進(jìn)行投資,新進(jìn)入方會(huì)分享項(xiàng)目最終的收益,原有合作方的預(yù)期收益就會(huì)被稀釋。以各合作成員預(yù)期收益最大化為目標(biāo),建立基于努力程度、貢獻(xiàn)系數(shù)和成本系數(shù)的多目標(biāo)多階段利益分配模型,利用目標(biāo)規(guī)劃求解模型得出各階段利益分配系數(shù)。通過(guò)算例分析,分配結(jié)果體現(xiàn)了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償原則與投入補(bǔ)償原則,驗(yàn)證了該分配方法的可操作性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation projects are generally carried out in stages, and with the development of the project, the main body of cooperation is also constantly changing. Based on this, the universities that have obtained patent technology seek enterprise cooperation as the starting point, and divide the later process into small trials. Pilot testing and industrialization, each phase of the recruitment of a new enterprise to invest in this phase, the new entrant will share the final benefits of the project, the original partner's expected income will be diluted. A multi-objective multi-stage benefit allocation model based on effort degree, contribution coefficient and cost coefficient is established, and the benefit distribution coefficient of each stage is obtained by using the goal programming solution model. The allocation results embody the principle of risk compensation and the principle of input compensation, and verify the operability and practicability of the method.
