【摘要】：供應(yīng)鏈管理作為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化下一種新興企業(yè)管理模式,良好的供應(yīng)鏈管理與運(yùn)作能大大提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,尤其是在當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)雜多變的情況下。采購(gòu)和物流作為供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)重要因素,不僅可以降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本、增加剩余價(jià)值,還能提高產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文通過(guò)對(duì)美心公司當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈管理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行科學(xué)的分析與研究,深度挖掘美心公司供應(yīng)鏈管理中存在的問(wèn)題并找出問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因。并以5S精益管理為依據(jù),提出美心公司供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化方案。在實(shí)施優(yōu)化后的供應(yīng)鏈管理方案后,總結(jié)出方案評(píng)價(jià),希望為同類企業(yè)提供參考。本文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。在第一章中主要介紹了論文的選題背景、意義以及相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述。在第二章中主要介紹了論文所基于的理論基礎(chǔ),主要由供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈管理兩大理論組成。在第三章中介紹了美心公司的發(fā)展歷程以及美心公司目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)概況,并對(duì)美心公司目前的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、管理流程做了分析,找出了美心公司目前供應(yīng)鏈管理中存在的主要問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題在第四章中詳細(xì)的進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,制定了新的供應(yīng)鏈管理方案。一個(gè)好的方案要想實(shí)施還需要具體的努力,在第五章中主要介紹了新方案的實(shí)施情況,并對(duì)實(shí)施后的效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。第六章對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了概況總結(jié),并對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行了展望。供應(yīng)鏈管理是一個(gè)由內(nèi)而外的過(guò)程,本文在進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化的過(guò)程中借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)外許多優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合美心自身的實(shí)際情況,采用先進(jìn)的信息管理技術(shù),融入5S管理思想,希望打造一個(gè)具有強(qiáng)大競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng),從而使美心公司在整個(gè)行業(yè)中可以突出重圍,占有一席之地。
[Abstract]:Supply chain management (SCM) is a new enterprise management model under the economic globalization. Good supply chain management and operation can greatly improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Especially in the complicated and changeable market economy nowadays, purchasing and logistics, as important factors in supply chain, can not only reduce the production cost of enterprises, but also increase the surplus value. This paper makes a scientific analysis and research on the problems existing in the current supply chain management of Mexin Company. This paper deeply excavates the problems existing in the supply chain management of Mexin Company and finds out the causes of the problems. Based on the 5S lean management, the optimization scheme of the supply chain management of the company is put forward. After the implementation of the optimized supply chain management scheme, This paper is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, it mainly introduces the background of the thesis. In the second chapter, the theoretical basis of the thesis is introduced. In the third chapter, it introduces the development course of Mexin Company and its current operating situation, and analyzes the current supply chain management mode and organization structure of Mexin Company, which is composed of two main theories: supply chain management and supply chain management. The management process is analyzed to find out the main problems existing in the supply chain management of Mexin Company. In order to solve these problems, it is optimized in detail in Chapter 4th. A new supply chain management scheme has been formulated. A good plan to be implemented requires specific efforts. In Chapter 5th, the implementation of the new scheme is mainly introduced. Chapter 6th summarizes the full text and looks forward to the future. Supply chain management is a process from inside to outside. In the process of supply chain management optimization, this paper draws lessons from the experience of many excellent enterprises at home and abroad, combines the actual situation of Mexin, adopts advanced information management technology, and integrates the 5S management thought. Hope to build a strong competitive supply chain management system, so that the company in the entire industry can break out of the tight, have a place.
