【摘要】：國(guó)際商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的研究?jī)H區(qū)分了國(guó)際化的探索和利用動(dòng)機(jī),突出了組織冗余對(duì)于國(guó)際化的戰(zhàn)略意義,但卻未剖析組織冗余如何影響探索性國(guó)際化、利用性國(guó)際化;組織領(lǐng)域關(guān)于冗余資源與探索、利用之間關(guān)系的研究更是得出了矛盾性的結(jié)論。本研究基于資源稀缺性和吸收性將組織冗余劃分為四種類型,并實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了四種類型組織冗余對(duì)探索性國(guó)際化、利用性國(guó)際化的差異性影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),財(cái)務(wù)冗余(非稀缺、非吸收冗余)對(duì)探索性國(guó)際化具有正向影響,對(duì)利用性國(guó)際化具有負(fù)向影響;關(guān)系冗余(稀缺、非吸收冗余)、運(yùn)營(yíng)冗余(非稀缺、吸收冗余)、人力資源冗余(稀缺、吸收冗余)對(duì)探索性國(guó)際化具有負(fù)向影響,對(duì)利用性國(guó)際化具有正向影響。研究結(jié)論彌補(bǔ)了目前國(guó)際商務(wù)與組織領(lǐng)域的研究缺口,對(duì)于國(guó)際化企業(yè)具有實(shí)踐啟示。
[Abstract]:The research in the field of international business only distinguishes the motive of exploration and utilization of internationalization, highlights the strategic significance of organizational redundancy for internationalization, but does not analyze how organizational redundancy affects exploratory internationalization and utilization internationalization. The research on the relationship between redundant resources and exploration in the organizational field has reached a contradictory conclusion. Based on the scarcity and absorbability of resources, the organizational redundancy is divided into four types. And the empirical test of four types of organizational redundancy on exploratory internationalization, utilization of the differences of internationalization. The study found that financial redundancy (non-scarcity, non-absorption redundancy) has a positive impact on exploratory internationalization. Relational redundancy (scarcity, non-absorption redundancy), operational redundancy (non-scarcity, absorptive redundancy), human resource redundancy (scarcity, absorption redundancy) has a negative impact on exploratory internationalization. The conclusion makes up the research gap in the field of international business and organization and has practical enlightenment for international enterprises.
