【摘要】:準(zhǔn)確測量信息系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性是解決系統(tǒng)成本估算、合理報價以及進(jìn)行維護優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)有的研究成果或?qū)⑿畔⑾到y(tǒng)視為軟件技術(shù)系統(tǒng),從軟件的代碼、結(jié)構(gòu)或?qū)ο蟮确矫嫣剿飨到y(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性;或拓展到信息系統(tǒng)管理視角,關(guān)注信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)階段的復(fù)雜程度,但就當(dāng)前眾多研究成果而言,鮮有學(xué)者關(guān)注信息系統(tǒng)運行階段的復(fù)雜性。為彌補當(dāng)前的研究缺陷,本文基于數(shù)據(jù)視角,提出構(gòu)建能夠全面衡量企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)和運行階段復(fù)雜性的模型和度量方法,并進(jìn)行應(yīng)用探索,以期為信息系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性的理論研究和實踐管理提供借鑒和參考。為了全面、準(zhǔn)確地測量企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性,本文基于表征理論,從信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)涵出發(fā),提出“數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性”的概念,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的理論模型;基于該模型開發(fā)復(fù)雜性度量方法及其對應(yīng)的度量工具;將所提出的模型與度量方法與傳統(tǒng)模型方法進(jìn)行對比驗證,論證模型與方法的有效性;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對7家制造企業(yè)162個信息系統(tǒng)的實際數(shù)據(jù)的實證分析,驗證了企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性對維護價格的影響;最后設(shè)計了基于動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性的適應(yīng)性維護策略。論文的主要工作如下:(1)提出了“數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性”概念并構(gòu)建理論模型。圍繞“信息系統(tǒng)的本質(zhì)是什么?是否能夠結(jié)合其本質(zhì)來探索其復(fù)雜性?包含哪些方面?”的問題,基于表征理論中數(shù)據(jù)視圖體現(xiàn)對現(xiàn)實世界表征的內(nèi)涵分析,提出“數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性”的概念,接著,依據(jù)表征理論的三個前提假設(shè)將模型具體分為數(shù)據(jù)模型、數(shù)據(jù)操作范圍、數(shù)據(jù)操作強度和數(shù)據(jù)量四個維度,分析了數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性與有效應(yīng)用的關(guān)系,以及驅(qū)動企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性的因素,并探討了該模型可能的理論貢獻(xiàn)。該模型擴展了表征理論的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,是信息系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性研究的新視角。(2)設(shè)計了企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性度量方法。圍繞“信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性能否定量測量?如何測量?”的問題,結(jié)合信息熵和復(fù)雜性格空間理論,設(shè)計基于企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性的度量模型和度量方法,并據(jù)此開發(fā)了一套有效的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性度量工具,并運用該工具分別計算和分析了企業(yè)應(yīng)用和電子政務(wù)應(yīng)用兩類信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性,分析結(jié)果表明,首先,數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性特征與企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)特征相一致,這與表征理論的假設(shè)相吻合;其次,運行階段的數(shù)據(jù)量復(fù)雜性對整體復(fù)雜性的貢獻(xiàn)更大,凸顯了該模型能夠反映運行階段特征的優(yōu)勢,最后,相較于企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng),電子政務(wù)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)操作復(fù)雜性對整體的影響更大,體現(xiàn)了電子政務(wù)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用范圍更廣,強度更大的特征。(3)驗證了企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性度量方法的有效性。圍繞“信息系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性測量方法是否有效?”的問題,將提出的企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性的度量方法與傳統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜性度量方法進(jìn)行比較驗證。通過橫向比較3家不同公司的同一個信息系統(tǒng)(物資管理信息系統(tǒng))的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性,縱向分析同一家公司不同信息系統(tǒng)(物資管理信息系統(tǒng)與成本管理信息系統(tǒng))復(fù)雜性,結(jié)果均表明,信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性度量方法相較于傳統(tǒng)的度量方法,具有度量模型更加全面、度量方法的動態(tài)性考慮更充分等優(yōu)勢。(4)探索了數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性與企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)維護的關(guān)系。圍繞“信息系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性會造成怎樣的影響?”的問題,構(gòu)建了基于企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性的“設(shè)計復(fù)雜性—開發(fā)復(fù)雜性—運行復(fù)雜性—維護價格”的多階段研究模型,并通過對7家大中型制造企業(yè)162個系統(tǒng)的實際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行檢驗,實證結(jié)果表明,數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性、維護服務(wù)水平以及系統(tǒng)使用時間均會顯著影響后期的維護價格,依據(jù)此結(jié)論,企業(yè)可以從數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性角度,設(shè)計更加合理的維護價格模型。(5)提出了以企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)復(fù)雜性為依據(jù)的適應(yīng)性系統(tǒng)維護策略。圍繞“如何通過理解信息系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性,為制定有效的管理措施提供幫助?”的問題,構(gòu)建了基于動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性的維護策略空間,接著通過計算3家大中型制造企業(yè)物資管理系統(tǒng)運行過程中產(chǎn)生的動態(tài)復(fù)雜性,依據(jù)維護策略空間進(jìn)行針對性的維護策略設(shè)計。結(jié)果表明,基于分析結(jié)果制定的維護策略更能適應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)特征,可以提高信息系統(tǒng)維護的服務(wù)效率。
[Abstract]:The accurate measurement of the complexity of information system is to solve the system cost estimation, reasonable pricing and maintenance optimization based on the existing research results or information system as a software system, the software code, to explore the complexity of the system structure or objects; or to expand the perspective of management information system, pay attention to the information system design, complex the degree of development, but the large number of research results, the complexity of operation and few scholars pay attention to information system. In order to make up for the defects of the current research, this paper based on the data perspective, put forward to design a comprehensive measure of enterprise information system development and operation stage the complexity of the model and measurement methods, and provide reference and application exploration. The reference to the information system complexity theory research and practice management. In order to fully and accurately measure the complexity of enterprise information system In this paper, based on the representation theory, starting from the data of information system connotation, puts forward the concept of "data complexity", construct the corresponding theoretical model; the model development and the corresponding measure of complexity measurement tool based on the proposed model; and the traditional measurement method and model method are validated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and method; on this basis, through the empirical data of the 7 manufacturing enterprises 162 information system analysis, verify the enterprise information system to maintain data complexity of price influence; finally design based on dynamic data complexity adaptive maintenance strategy. This model may expand the application field of representation theory, which is a new perspective of the complexity of information. (2) the data complexity of enterprise information system. (5) proposed the dynamic complexity of enterprise information system for maintenance strategy adaptability system based on "how to understand. Through the complexity of information systems, to provide help for the development of effective management measures?", constructs the dynamic complexity of data maintenance strategy based on space, and then through the dynamic complexity calculation 3 large and medium sized manufacturing enterprise material management system in the operation process, based on the maintenance strategy for space design maintenance strategy. The results show that based on The maintenance strategy developed by the analysis results can be more adapted to the business characteristics and can improve the service efficiency of the information system maintenance.
