【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,產(chǎn)業(yè)分工更加細(xì)化和專(zhuān)業(yè)化,同時(shí),產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化也日益嚴(yán)重,往往在同一個(gè)地區(qū)就能找到許多提供同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的公司。于是質(zhì)量就成為不同公司產(chǎn)品之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵因素。良好的質(zhì)量管理既可以滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)對(duì)公司越來(lái)越高的質(zhì)量要求,也能夠增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)反應(yīng)能力。隨著對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的深入研究,各種質(zhì)量管理科學(xué)也得到不斷發(fā)展。隨之而來(lái)的是,現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量管理科學(xué)又為強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)代企業(yè)科學(xué)的質(zhì)量管理提供了許多方法和手段,也為公司滿(mǎn)足高品質(zhì)的要求,提供良好理論基礎(chǔ)。本文以深科技公司為研究對(duì)象,以現(xiàn)代企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的理論為基礎(chǔ),著重研究與供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理。根據(jù)顧客為導(dǎo)向的企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,關(guān)注過(guò)程管理與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,以持續(xù)改進(jìn)為目的,對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行多方面綜合考評(píng),引導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商關(guān)注重點(diǎn),持續(xù)改善,達(dá)到提升供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),從而提升整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量。本文根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈管理和供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理的理論和方法,在回顧近年來(lái)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理的產(chǎn)生,發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,再依據(jù)ISO9000系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量體系的要求,對(duì)深科技公司從公司文化,生產(chǎn)能力及主要制造流程,組織架構(gòu)介紹的同時(shí),對(duì)公司目前的供應(yīng)商現(xiàn)狀及客戶(hù)對(duì)質(zhì)量的要求做詳細(xì)分析,指出企業(yè)在當(dāng)前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,迫切需要優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系;再根據(jù)現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量管理理論、著重關(guān)注,在供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)階段,進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商的選擇;在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)階段,對(duì)供應(yīng)商提交的樣品進(jìn)行認(rèn)證;在量產(chǎn)階段,對(duì)供應(yīng)商來(lái)料進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和制程控制;以及在年度總結(jié)階段,對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行年度評(píng)審等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。并提出了深科技公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系方案的實(shí)施保障與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施。希望通過(guò)本文對(duì)公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理模式的探討和應(yīng)用,能夠給深科技公司供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系的完善提供指導(dǎo),同時(shí)能給其他相關(guān)企業(yè)提供借鑒,也可以給從事供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工作的同行及供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理研究相關(guān)人員提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the industrial division of labor has become more detailed and specialized. At the same time, the homogeneity of products has become increasingly serious. Often, many companies in the same region can be found offering similar products and services. Quality becomes a key factor in competition between the products of different companies. Good quality management can meet the increasing quality requirements of companies in the market. It can also enhance the market response ability of enterprises. With the in-depth study of modern enterprise quality management, various quality management science has been continuously developed. The modern quality management science provides many methods and means for strengthening the quality management of modern enterprise science, and also provides a good theoretical basis for the company to meet the requirements of high quality. Based on the theory of modern enterprise quality management, this paper focuses on supplier quality management related to supply chain. According to the enterprise management concept of customer orientation, it pays attention to process management and risk management, aiming at continuous improvement. Conduct comprehensive evaluation on suppliers, guide suppliers to pay attention to key points, improve continuously, and improve the quality and competitive advantage of suppliers' products and services. According to the theories and methods of supply chain management and supplier quality management, this paper reviews the emergence and development of supplier quality management in recent years. According to the requirements of supplier quality system of ISO9000 series standards, introduce the company's culture, production capacity and main manufacturing process, organization structure at the same time, This paper makes a detailed analysis of the company's current supplier situation and customer's requirements for quality, and points out that enterprises urgently need to optimize the supplier quality management system in the current competitive environment, and then, according to the modern quality management theory, pay more attention to it. Supplier selection during the supplier development phase; certification of the samples submitted by the supplier during the product development phase; inspection and process control of the supplier's incoming materials during the mass production phase; and annual summary phase, The supplier quality management system is optimized and designed in four aspects, such as the annual review of suppliers, and the implementation guarantee and risk control measures of supplier quality management system scheme of Shenzhen Technology Company are put forward. This paper discusses and applies the supplier quality management model. To provide guidance for the improvement of supplier quality management system in Shenzhen Technology Company, and to provide reference for other related enterprises. Can also provide some reference for the supplier quality management peer and supplier quality management research related personnel.
