【摘要】：利用207家重污染企業(yè)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),采用層次回歸法探討了創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向、前瞻型環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略與企業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向?qū)η罢靶铜h(huán)境戰(zhàn)略存在顯著正向影響;前瞻型環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略分別對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效、環(huán)境績(jī)效存在顯著正向影響;前瞻型環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略在創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效、環(huán)境績(jī)效的關(guān)系中分別起到部分中介作用;消費(fèi)者環(huán)境關(guān)注對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向與前瞻型環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。
[Abstract]:The relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, forward-looking environmental strategy and enterprise performance is discussed by using the survey data of 207 heavily polluted enterprises. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive impact on forward-looking environmental strategy. The forward-looking environmental strategy has a significant positive impact on the financial performance and environmental performance of enterprises, and plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and financial performance and environmental performance. Consumer environmental concern has no significant effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and forward-looking environmental strategy.
