【摘要】：以創(chuàng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為背景,探討社會性企業(yè)成長過程及其自組織演化機理�；谏鐣云髽I(yè)成長模型,分析社會性企業(yè)成長各階段受創(chuàng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)不同程度的影響,提出自組織演化模型,證明創(chuàng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴張對社會性企業(yè)自組織演化具有影響作用并表現(xiàn)出自更新、自適應(yīng)、自催化、自循環(huán)等特征,表明社會性企業(yè)對創(chuàng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)具有一定的聯(lián)結(jié)、革新作用,但不是驅(qū)動其成長的唯一要素。
[Abstract]:Based on the entrepreneurial ecosystem, this paper discusses the process of social enterprise growth and its self-organization evolution mechanism. Based on the model of social enterprise growth, this paper analyzes that the social enterprise growth stages are influenced by the entrepreneurial ecosystem to different degrees. A model of self-organization evolution is proposed, which proves that the network expansion in the entrepreneurial ecosystem has an effect on the self-organization evolution of social enterprises and shows the characteristics of self-renewal, self-adaptation, self-catalysis, self-circulation and so on. It shows that social enterprises have certain connection and innovation to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, but they are not the only factors driving their growth.
