CCF公司現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理改善研究

【摘要】:低成本高效率生產(chǎn)、快速響應市場需求、保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,以及持續(xù)改善現(xiàn)場管理一直是當今企業(yè)面臨的共同問題。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是直接決定用戶對公司滿意程度的關(guān)鍵因素,良好的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是公司在全球競爭形勢下賴以生存的根基,也是超越競爭對手的核心競爭力。如何結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際情況,運用精益理論和工具,使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量在現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)管理的過程中持續(xù)不斷的改進成為了中小型企業(yè)管理的重點和難點。首先,論文介紹了壓縮機的市場需求以及在國內(nèi)國外的應用情況。隨著能源問題的日益突出和環(huán)境保護的逐漸加強,壓縮天然氣已經(jīng)成為汽車的重要能源之一,加氣站天然氣壓縮機具有巨大的市場需求。對CCF公司天然氣壓縮機現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,包括生產(chǎn)工藝、生產(chǎn)過程、總裝流程等。其次,在對CCF公司現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎上,總結(jié)出了公司現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理存在的主要問題,并深刻剖析了產(chǎn)生問題的主要原因。同時對質(zhì)量損失、造成事故原因等進行了統(tǒng)計分析。最后,作者在全程參加精益生產(chǎn)小組和質(zhì)量管理方法改進研究的基礎上,結(jié)合CCF公司實際現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理情況,提出采用精益生產(chǎn)和六西格瑪相結(jié)合的方法來制定提高生產(chǎn)效率和改善現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理的機制。主要針對降低現(xiàn)場成品的缺陷率和減少質(zhì)量成本,設計了基于精益六西格瑪?shù)馁|(zhì)量改進方案,以及基于現(xiàn)場管理的質(zhì)量管理改善方案。實際運行結(jié)果表明,采用精益生產(chǎn)與六西格瑪相結(jié)合的質(zhì)量改善方法,CCF公司現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量改善效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Low cost and high efficiency production, quick response to market demand, guarantee of product quality and continuous improvement of field management are the common problems faced by enterprises today. Product quality is the key factor that directly determines customer satisfaction with the company. Good product quality is the foundation of the company's survival in the global competitive situation, and it is also the core competitiveness beyond the competitors. How to combine the actual situation on the spot, using lean theory and tools, The continuous improvement of product quality in the process of on-site production management has become the focus and difficulty in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises. First of all, The paper introduces the market demand of compressor and its application at home and abroad. With the increasingly prominent energy problems and the gradual strengthening of environmental protection, compressed natural gas has become one of the important energy sources for automobiles. The natural gas compressor of filling station has huge market demand. This paper analyzes the present situation of field quality management of natural gas compressor in CCF company, including production process, production process, final assembly flow and so on. Secondly, On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the field quality of CCF Company, this paper sums up the main problems existing in the field quality management of the company, and deeply analyzes the main causes of the problems. At the same time, the quality loss is analyzed. Finally, on the basis of participating in the Lean production Group and improving the quality management method, the author combined with the actual site quality management situation of CCF Company. The method of combining lean production with six Sigma is put forward to establish a mechanism to improve production efficiency and improve field quality management, which is aimed at reducing the defect rate and quality cost of the finished products on site. A quality improvement scheme based on Lean six Sigma and a quality management improvement scheme based on field management are designed. The quality improvement method combining lean production with six Sigma is obvious in CCF.
