【摘要】：針對租賃設(shè)備的維護問題,提出了一種考慮客戶滿意度的可變(m,δ)大修維護策略模型。該策略綜合考慮小修、大修維護和客戶滿意度等因素對維護成本的影響,建立以出租方期望總成本率最優(yōu)為目標的維護策略模型,利用數(shù)值解法,最終可得到最優(yōu)維護策略。并將(m,δ)大修維護策略與小修維護策略進行了比較。同時,根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)定的客戶重復(fù)購買服務(wù)概率閾值θ,可求出對應(yīng)的最優(yōu)維護策略。最后是算例分析,研究表明,該策略符合租賃設(shè)備維護的實際情況,可為出租方提供有效的維護解決方案。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the maintenance problem of leased equipment, a variable m, 未) overhaul maintenance strategy model considering customer satisfaction is proposed. The strategy considers minor repairs comprehensively. Based on the influence of overhaul maintenance and customer satisfaction on maintenance cost, a maintenance strategy model aiming at the optimal expected total cost rate of the rental party is established, and the numerical method is used to solve the problem. Finally, the optimal maintenance strategy is obtained, and the maintenance strategy of overhauling is compared with the maintenance strategy of minor repair. At the same time, according to the pre-set threshold of customer repeat purchase service probability 胃. The corresponding optimal maintenance strategy can be obtained. Finally, the case study shows that the strategy is in line with the actual situation of rental equipment maintenance and can provide an effective maintenance solution for the lessor.
