【摘要】：在國際原油期貨價格持續(xù)低迷以及國內(nèi)企業(yè)經(jīng)營成本日益上升的背景下,石油企業(yè)正在積極的尋求拓展生存和發(fā)展的空間。有效地促進石油企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,降低石油企業(yè)的運營成本,石油企業(yè)應(yīng)積極開展項目外包來給企業(yè)減負和松綁。論文以石油企業(yè)為研究對象,通過對國內(nèi)外服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商評價研究相關(guān)理論梳理,在借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商評價研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出石油企業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商評價涉及的指標內(nèi)容,從而建立石油企業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商評價指標體系。根據(jù)石油企業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商評價指標體系,運用基于模糊偏好關(guān)系原理的C-IWOA算子方法確定指標權(quán)重,利用基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析的灰色綜合評價法構(gòu)建綜合評價模型。結(jié)合石油企業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商綜合評價模型,對石油企業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)外包項目預(yù)選供應(yīng)商進行評價。通過分析石油企業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商評價結(jié)果,幫助石油企業(yè)在石油技術(shù)服務(wù)外包項目供應(yīng)商選擇上做出科學(xué)決策。希望本論文的研究成果對石油企業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商評價研究提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the international crude oil futures price continuously low and the domestic enterprise operating cost rising day by day, the petroleum enterprise is actively seeking to expand the survival and the development space, effectively promotes the petroleum enterprise's sustainable development. To reduce the operating cost of petroleum enterprises, oil enterprises should actively carry out project outsourcing to reduce the burden and ease the constraints. Through the domestic and foreign service outsourcing supplier evaluation research related theory combing, in the reference domestic and foreign related service outsourcing supplier appraisal research result foundation. The index content of technical service outsourcing supplier evaluation in petroleum enterprise is summarized. In order to establish the evaluation index system of technical service outsourcing suppliers in petroleum enterprises, according to the evaluation index system of technology service outsourcing suppliers of petroleum enterprises. The C-IWOA operator method based on fuzzy preference relation is used to determine the index weight. The comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by using the grey comprehensive evaluation method based on the grey relational degree analysis and combined with the comprehensive evaluation model of the technical service outsourcing suppliers in petroleum enterprises. Through the analysis of the evaluation results of technical service outsourcing suppliers in petroleum enterprises. It is hoped that the research results of this paper will provide a certain reference and reference for the evaluation of technical service outsourcing suppliers in petroleum enterprises.
