【摘要】：引入分層化"社會(huì)技術(shù)"思想,從社會(huì)技術(shù)與物理技術(shù)共演化視角研究市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)、社團(tuán)推動(dòng)、政府發(fā)動(dòng)三類(lèi)典型科技園區(qū)由"追趕"向"引領(lǐng)"、由"外部驅(qū)動(dòng)"向"內(nèi)部驅(qū)動(dòng)"、由"外引主導(dǎo)"向"自主創(chuàng)新"轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的動(dòng)力、機(jī)制與過(guò)程,并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與模式、共性與差異等進(jìn)行總結(jié),期望對(duì)我國(guó)科技園區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展形成實(shí)踐借鑒與理論啟示意義。
[Abstract]:Introducing the idea of stratified "social technology", from the perspective of co-evolution of social technology and physical technology to study market leadership, community promotion, the government launched three types of typical science and technology park from "catch-up" to "lead". From "external drive" to "internal drive", from "external leading" to "independent innovation" the power, mechanism and process of transformation and upgrading, and the experience and mode of transition and development, commonalities and differences are summarized. It is expected to be of practical reference and theoretical enlightenment to the transformation and development of science and technology parks in China.
