WTO框架下中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的縱深發(fā)展不僅使各國之間的文化交流更加頻繁,而且使文化交流的方式發(fā)生了深刻的變化。隨著國際貿(mào)易中文化產(chǎn)品和文化服務(wù)貿(mào)易的迅速增長,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為各國在國際貿(mào)易中競爭的新領(lǐng)域。各國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在國際貿(mào)易中的競爭地位,不僅關(guān)系到本國的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,而且關(guān)系到本國文化在世界文化發(fā)展中的地位,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為目前各國發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略重點。中國于2001年11月加入WTO,正式融入了全球化的浪潮之中。中國加入WTO,擴大了文化市場的準(zhǔn)入范圍,允許外國文化資本、文化藝術(shù)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)進(jìn)入國內(nèi)市場。面對全球化的競爭,給中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅帶來了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),也創(chuàng)造了豐厚的機遇。此外,《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展第十個五年計劃的建議》中提出的要“深化文化體制改革,建立科學(xué)合理、靈活高效的管理體制和文化產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營機制”等一系列決議也為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的外部客觀環(huán)境。本文的研究,正是在上述兩大背景下展開的。本文探討的主題是加入WTO以后,中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展研究。圍繞這一主旨,論文首先闡述了文化、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵及其主要特征,從理論上對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的分析。接著,...
