【摘要】：目的對(duì)天津地區(qū)應(yīng)當(dāng)如何進(jìn)行公共文化服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)進(jìn)行探究,從而為區(qū)域內(nèi)公共服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)提供思路和方向。方法以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)域公共文化服務(wù)建設(shè)的有效結(jié)合為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)如何建立地域性特色的區(qū)域公共文化服務(wù)的方法進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)論通過把文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)理念引入到區(qū)域公共文化服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)中,有助于探討出如何使區(qū)域內(nèi)公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)工作更好展開,更加的地區(qū)化和特色化,同時(shí)也為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的再次創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展提供新的契機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore how to construct the public cultural service system in Tianjin, so as to provide ideas and directions for the construction of the public service system in the region. Methods based on the effective combination of cultural and creative industries and the construction of regional public cultural services, this paper studies how to establish regional public cultural services with regional characteristics. Conclusion by introducing the related concepts of cultural and creative industries into the construction of regional public cultural service system, it is helpful to explore how to make the construction of regional public cultural service system better carry out, more regional and characteristic. At the same time, it also provides a new opportunity for the re-innovation and development of cultural and creative industries.
