【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是一種可以促進(jìn)整體生活環(huán)境提升的行業(yè)。作為發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要措施,文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)的建設(shè)在我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)已經(jīng)具有相當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)模。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)大力推動(dòng)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)計(jì)劃,將城市中的部分閑置空間轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槲膭?chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的聚集平臺(tái)——文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū),在園區(qū)內(nèi)結(jié)合藝術(shù)活動(dòng)與商業(yè)機(jī)制,將文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)打造成現(xiàn)代都市的新名片和新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),為大陸的文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)建設(shè)提供了有益的借鑒。幾點(diǎn)啟示:與所在城市的整體建設(shè)有機(jī)結(jié)合是文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)建設(shè)的先決條件;保留園區(qū)傳統(tǒng)特色、打造城市發(fā)展的新品牌是文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)建設(shè)的核心思路;創(chuàng)意人才的培養(yǎng)與引進(jìn)是文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)能否成功的關(guān)鍵;完整產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的打造是文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)持續(xù)發(fā)展的源泉;完善的配套設(shè)施和服務(wù)平臺(tái)是文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)成功經(jīng)營(yíng)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industry is an industry that can promote the overall living environment. As an important measure to develop cultural and creative industries, the construction of cultural and creative parks has a considerable scale in Taiwan. In the 21st century, Taiwan has vigorously promoted the plan of cultural and creative industries, transforming some of the idle space in the city into a gathering platform for cultural and creative industries, the Cultural and Creative Park, and combining artistic activities and commercial mechanisms in the park. Building the cultural and creative park into a new business card and a new economic growth point of the modern city provides a useful reference for the construction of the cultural and creative park in the mainland. Some enlightenments: the organic combination with the overall construction of the city is a prerequisite for the construction of the cultural and creative park, and retaining the traditional characteristics of the park and building a new brand for the development of the city is the core idea of the construction of the cultural and creative park. The cultivation and introduction of creative talents is the key to the success of the cultural and creative park, the building of the complete industrial chain is the source of the sustainable development of the cultural and creative park, and the perfect supporting facilities and service platform are the basis for the successful management of the cultural and creative park.
