【摘要】:正國家行政學院高級經(jīng)濟師郭全中在2014年第7期《新聞記者》刊文,認為正如發(fā)動機和電力已經(jīng)成為社會的底層架構(gòu)和標配一樣,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)也一定會成為社會的底層架構(gòu)和標配。在這種情況下,傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出了八大新趨勢。一、傳媒政策更為市場化。相關(guān)政策具體體現(xiàn)在國有文化資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理體制、"特殊管理股"試點、現(xiàn)代文化市場體系和股權(quán)激勵四個方面。二、傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)格局被"顛覆";ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)廣告收入將遠超傳統(tǒng)媒體之和。首先,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)廣告占整體廣告比例已經(jīng)超過20%。其次,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)增長速度遠遠大于傳統(tǒng)媒體。再次,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)巨頭仍在高速發(fā)展。三、轉(zhuǎn)型成為中心工作。首

In this case, the development of the media industry presents eight new trends. First, the media policy is more market-oriented. The relevant policies are embodied in four aspects: the supervision and management system of state-owned cultural assets, the pilot of "special management stock", the modern cultural market system and equity incentive.
