【摘要】：發(fā)展創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟是發(fā)達國家可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要國策,創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟也是發(fā)展中國家和欠發(fā)達國家、地區(qū)全面發(fā)展的重要選項。國際創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)、創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟、創(chuàng)意城市、創(chuàng)意生態(tài)的全球推進給我們以重大啟示。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)再次成為全球經(jīng)濟與文化關注的中心。從創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)向創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟的擴展與跨越,是打破原有限制與格局,調(diào)整經(jīng)濟結構,改造我國低端制造業(yè),提升產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)的重要方式與突破口。從理念到實踐認真審視創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟,是觀天下大勢、看中國問題、解當下困局的需要。
[Abstract]:The development of creative economy is an important national policy for the sustainable development of developed countries, and creative economy is also an important option for the all-round development of developing countries and less developed countries and regions. International creative industries, creative economy, creative cities, creative ecology to give us great inspiration. Creative industry has once again become the center of global economic and cultural concern. The expansion and leapfrogging from creative industry to creative economy is an important way and breakthrough to break the original restriction and pattern, adjust the economic structure, transform the low-end manufacturing industry of our country, and promote the industrial form. From idea to practice, carefully examining creative economy is the need of looking at the situation of the world, looking at China's problems and solving the current predicament.
