【摘要】：國家十二五規(guī)劃提出：“推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民經(jīng)濟支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)”。電影作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分，在推動中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展，提升國家文化軟實力方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。根據(jù)國家廣電總局公布的數(shù)字，2011年全國電影票房收入達(dá)到131.15億元，全年故事片產(chǎn)量達(dá)到558部，成為繼美國和日本之后的世界第三大電影市場。但是當(dāng)前中國電影企業(yè)在資金流管理方面，存在籌資不暢和盲目投資并存、影片盈利模式單一等問題制約了中國電影企業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文從電影產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的角度出發(fā)，結(jié)合資金流的理論，構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)化視角下中國電影企業(yè)資金流模型。本文共分六章，第一章首先提出問題，同時描繪了論文的研究框架。第二章對文章的相關(guān)概念進行界定，然后圍繞國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行回顧，分析了電影企業(yè)資金管理的研究綜述。第三章首先講述中國電影及電影企業(yè)的誕生與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展演變情況，然后梳理了中國電影企業(yè)資金管理的歷史實踐，為構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)化視角下中國電影企業(yè)資金流模型奠定基礎(chǔ)。第四章在前文對電影產(chǎn)業(yè)與電影企業(yè)資金管理的發(fā)展演變基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)化視角下中國電影企業(yè)資金流模型。同時結(jié)合實際數(shù)據(jù)及案例，運用流量、流向、流速為分析工具，對中國電影企業(yè)資金的產(chǎn)業(yè)分布情況做出分析，總結(jié)了中國電影企業(yè)資金流管理的一般規(guī)律。第五章參照美國電影企業(yè)資金流管理的現(xiàn)狀，對比中國目前電影企業(yè)資金流管理的現(xiàn)狀，提出基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈改進中國電影企業(yè)資金流管理的建議。第六章最后總結(jié)了本文的一些研究結(jié)論與不足，希望通過本文的討論，能夠?qū)χ袊娪捌髽I(yè)資金流管理提供理論上的創(chuàng)新和指導(dǎo)，并有助于電影產(chǎn)業(yè)的繼續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The 12 th five-year Plan of the State: to promote the cultural industry to become the pillar industry of the national economy. As an important part of cultural industry, film plays an important role in promoting the prosperity and development of Chinese cultural industry and enhancing the soft power of national culture. According to figures released by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT), the national box office revenue reached 13.115 billion yuan in 2011, and the annual production of feature films reached 558, making it the world's third-largest film market after the United States and Japan. However, in the aspect of fund flow management of Chinese film enterprises, there are some problems such as poor financing and blind investment, and the single profit mode restricts the development of Chinese film enterprises. From the perspective of the development of film industrialization and the theory of capital flow, this paper constructs the capital flow model of Chinese film enterprises from the perspective of industrialization. This paper is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, the problems are raised and the research framework is described. The second chapter defines the related concepts of the article, then reviews the domestic and foreign research situation, and analyzes the research summary of fund management in film enterprises. The third chapter first describes the birth of Chinese film and film enterprises and the evolution of industrial development, and then combs the historical practice of fund management of Chinese film enterprises, and lays a foundation for the construction of capital flow model of Chinese film enterprises from the perspective of industrialization. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the development and evolution of the film industry and the capital management of the film enterprises, the capital flow model of the Chinese film enterprises under the perspective of industrialization is constructed. Combined with the actual data and cases, the paper analyzes the industrial distribution of the capital of Chinese film enterprises and summarizes the general rules of fund flow management of Chinese film enterprises by using the flow, and velocity as analysis tools. In the fifth chapter, referring to the current situation of fund flow management of American film enterprises, the author compares the current situation of fund flow management of Chinese film enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the fund flow management of Chinese film enterprises based on industry chain. The sixth chapter summarizes some conclusions and shortcomings of this paper, hoping that through the discussion of this paper, it can provide theoretical innovation and guidance for the management of capital flow of Chinese film enterprises, and help the continued development of the film industry.
