【摘要】：在梳理并分析公共文化設(shè)施邊際融資影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,以我國2011-2013年869家地方融資平臺(tái)1325個(gè)公共文化設(shè)施的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用逐步回歸的logistic方法處理面板數(shù)據(jù),探討公共文化設(shè)施邊際融資的最優(yōu)選擇。研究表明:文化品牌價(jià)值的增長能力、政府融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、資金清算時(shí)政府價(jià)格談判能力的增加會(huì)使公共文化設(shè)施傾向于選擇社會(huì)資本融資;信貸供給的增加使其傾向于選擇債務(wù)融資,影響程度的大小順序?yàn)?政府的價(jià)格談判能力、信貸供給、文化品牌價(jià)值的增長能力以及政府融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing and analyzing the influencing factors of marginal financing of public cultural facilities, taking the data of 1325 public cultural facilities from 869 local financing platforms in China from 2011 to 2013 as a sample, the paper adopts the method of stepwise regression logistic to deal with panel data. To explore the optimal choice of marginal financing of public cultural facilities. The research shows that the increase of the value of cultural brand, the risk of government financing and the ability of government price negotiation will make public cultural facilities tend to choose social capital financing; The increase of credit supply makes it inclined to choose debt financing. The order of influence is the government's price negotiation ability, credit supply, the growth ability of cultural brand value and the government financing risk.
