我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,資本和技術(shù)主宰一切的時(shí)代已經(jīng)過(guò)去,創(chuàng)意時(shí)代已經(jīng)來(lái)臨。圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷升級(jí)和深化,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)正方興未艾,并與經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域相互滲透,在一定的區(qū)域形成空間上的聚集。目前,我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)才剛剛起步,文創(chuàng)企業(yè)存在先天不足,一定程度上缺乏核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè),基于創(chuàng)意也基于文化,面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何利用我國(guó)得天獨(dú)厚的傳統(tǒng)文化優(yōu)勢(shì),揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,盡快提升文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,確保生存并持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為當(dāng)前迫切需要解決的重要課題之一。 首先,從文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念入手,研究其發(fā)展背景和意義,并就國(guó)內(nèi)外文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的比較研究,找出不足,明確優(yōu)勢(shì),探索發(fā)展方向;進(jìn)而,通過(guò)分析文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的外在宏觀環(huán)境,和內(nèi)部發(fā)展的制約因素,對(duì)我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行深入探討,研究結(jié)果表明,具有創(chuàng)新能力的人才和企業(yè)品牌應(yīng)是我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;最后,結(jié)合具體企業(yè)的實(shí)例分析,針對(duì)我國(guó)文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)建和培育,提出可供參考的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the era of capital and technology is over and the era of creativity has come. Around the continuous upgrading and deepening of the industrial structure, the cultural and creative industries are in the ascendant, and infiltrate with the economic field, forming a spatial aggregation in a certain region. At present, China's cultural and creative industries have just started. Cultural and creative industries, based on creativity and culture, face the fierce market competition, how to make use of our country's unique traditional cultural advantages, to enhance the competitiveness of cultural and creative enterprises as soon as possible, to ensure their survival and sustainable development. It has become one of the most important problems that need to be solved urgently. First of all, starting with the concept of cultural creative industry and the core competitiveness of enterprises, this paper studies the background and significance of its development, and makes a comparative study of the current development situation of cultural and creative industries at home and abroad, finds out the shortcomings, clarifies its advantages and explores the development direction. Then, through the analysis of the external macro environment of cultural creative enterprises, and the internal development of constraints, the core competitiveness of cultural and creative enterprises in China is discussed. The research results show that, Innovative talents and enterprise brands should be the core competitiveness of Chinese cultural and creative enterprises; Finally, based on the analysis of concrete enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and cultivation of the core competence of cultural and creative enterprises in China.
