【摘要】：正近年來(lái),山東省動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)從無(wú)到有的跨越式發(fā)展,新的動(dòng)漫企業(yè)不斷涌現(xiàn)、壯大,但與動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較為成熟的省份相比,仍然有著較大的成長(zhǎng)空間。如何發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和機(jī)會(huì)、規(guī)避劣勢(shì)和威脅,是山東動(dòng)漫企業(yè)急需解決的問(wèn)題。SWOT分析法是當(dāng)下對(duì)企業(yè)比較有效的一種分析方法,是用來(lái)確定企業(yè)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,從而將公司的戰(zhàn)略與公司內(nèi)部資源、外部環(huán)境有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái)的一種科學(xué)的分析方法。(1)通過(guò)SWOT分析,可為山東的動(dòng)漫企業(yè)提供直接有效的企業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the animation industry in Shandong Province has experienced a leapfrog development from scratch. New animation companies continue to emerge and grow, but compared with the more mature provinces of animation industry, there is still a larger space for growth. How to give full play to their own advantages and opportunities, avoid disadvantages and threats, is an urgent problem for Shandong animation companies. SWOT analysis is an effective analysis method for enterprises at present, which is used to determine the competitive advantages and disadvantages of enterprises themselves. Opportunities and threats are a scientific analytical method that organically combines the company's strategy with its internal resources and external environment.
