【摘要】：本文回顧了我國上市影視類公司的上市情況、商業(yè)模式、募集資金的投向、發(fā)行電影情況、盈利狀況,以求探索上市對這類影視公司的發(fā)展的影響:是否會提升公司的品牌度、核心能力、融資能力?
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the listing of listed film and television companies in China, the business model, the investment of raising funds, the distribution of films and the status of profits, in order to explore the impact of listing on the development of such film and television companies: whether it will enhance the brand of the companies, Core competencies, financing capabilities?
