【摘要】:文化是一個國家和民族的身份標(biāo)識,是綜合國力競爭的重要支撐,是民族創(chuàng)造力與凝聚力的重要來源,它代表著國家的軟實力,是國家和民族的靈魂。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為文化發(fā)展的核心支柱在國家競爭中的地位越來越重要。文化產(chǎn)品作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)成果,是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心代表,能夠反映文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,能夠滿足人民群眾的精神需求,在政府的引導(dǎo)下提升文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有利于發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),保障居民文化生活水平與居民精神品質(zhì);有利于增強文化創(chuàng)新力和凝聚力以確保文化品質(zhì)與文化自覺性;有利于促進(jìn)民族認(rèn)同感與自豪感,,維護(hù)國家與民族文化安全等。簡而言之,在政府的引導(dǎo)下提高文化產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,是建設(shè)發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵,是豐富人民群眾精神生活的根本,是構(gòu)建和諧社會的基石;本文的研究目的在于通過對文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量概念的界定與研究,在分析國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對文化產(chǎn)品相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,擬從政府責(zé)任出發(fā),結(jié)合其他影響文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的相關(guān)因素,運用一定的研究方法,對提升文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的對策和路徑進(jìn)行探討。 首先,本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對文化產(chǎn)品及政府責(zé)任的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行了綜述,并闡述了文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與政府責(zé)任的相關(guān)基本理論和概念,表明了政府引導(dǎo)下提升文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的必要性。 其次,本文對當(dāng)前文化產(chǎn)品在我國文化市場及國際市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,指明了當(dāng)前文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)的一些問題。 最后,本文從根本保障、重要前提、積極舉措和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)四個方面對如何提升文化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提出切實有效的對策,從而為全面建設(shè)和諧社會、加快社會主義現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展做出新的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Culture is the identity of a country and a nation, an important support for the competition of comprehensive national strength, an important source of national creativity and cohesion, representing the soft power of a country and the soul of a country and a nation. With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy, cultural industry, as the core pillar of cultural development, plays an increasingly important role in national competition. As the industrial achievements of the cultural industry, cultural products are the core representatives of the cultural industry. They can reflect the current situation of the development of the cultural industry and meet the spiritual needs of the people. Improving the quality of cultural products under the guidance of the government is conducive to the development of cultural industries and the protection of the level of cultural life and the spiritual quality of residents; It is beneficial to strengthen cultural innovation and cohesion to ensure cultural quality and cultural consciousness, to promote national identity and pride, to maintain national and national cultural security, and so on. In short, improving the quality of cultural products under the guidance of the government is the key to the construction and development of cultural industry, the foundation of enriching the people's spiritual life, and the foundation stone of building a harmonious society. The purpose of this paper is to define and study the concept of cultural product quality, on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on cultural product, and to combine other relevant factors that affect the quality of cultural product from the perspective of government responsibility. Using certain research methods, this paper probes into the countermeasures and ways to improve the quality of cultural products. First of all, according to the domestic and foreign scholars to the cultural product and the government responsibility related research result has carried on the summary, and elaborated the cultural product quality and the government responsibility correlation basic theory and the concept. It shows the necessity of improving the quality of cultural products under the guidance of the government. Secondly, this paper analyzes the current development of cultural products in China's cultural market and international market, and points out some problems in the quality of current cultural products. Finally, this paper puts forward practical and effective countermeasures on how to improve the quality of cultural products from four aspects: fundamental guarantee, important premise, positive measures and key links, so as to build a harmonious society in an all-round way. We will make new contributions to accelerating the development of socialist modernization.
