【摘要】：正一、全面深化改革中文化產業(yè)應有之價值按照十八屆三中全會通過的《中共中央關于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》(以下簡稱《決定》)所強調的"改革的系統(tǒng)性、整體性、協同性"的要求,必須從全新的層面、全球化視角和改革突破創(chuàng)新的意義上,進一步認識提升文化產業(yè)能級對踐行全面深化改革的應有價值。一是文化產業(yè)改革創(chuàng)新是經濟結構戰(zhàn)略性轉型的重要引擎。文化產業(yè)是未來國民經濟的先導產業(yè),關聯性廣、創(chuàng)新性強、發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ蟆?012年美國的文化產業(yè)占到GDP的24%,日本為10%,韓國為
[Abstract]:First, the value due to the cultural industry in comprehensively deepening the reform should be in accordance with the "systematism of the reform" emphasized in the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on the Comprehensive deepening of certain important issues" (hereinafter referred to as "the decision") adopted by the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. From the perspective of globalization and innovation, we must further understand the value of promoting the level of cultural industry in carrying out the comprehensive deepening of reform from a new level, the perspective of globalization and the significance of reform breakthrough and innovation. First, cultural industry reform and innovation is an important engine for the strategic transformation of economic structure. Cultural industry is the leading industry of national economy in the future, with wide relevance, strong innovation and great potential for development. In 2012, the cultural industry in the United States accounted for 24% of GDP, 10 in Japan and 10 in South Korea.
