【摘要】：在知識經濟迅速發(fā)展的今天,文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)越來越受到人們的關注,逐漸發(fā)展成為了一種全新的產業(yè)模式。在經濟全球化和文化商品化的今天,我國福建省的閩茶文化作為最具有特色的民間傳統(tǒng)文化,如何更好地來發(fā)展閩茶文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè),保護閩茶文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)知識產權,直接關系到閩茶文化的傳播與繁榮,更值得我們去思考和研究。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, cultural and creative industries have attracted more and more people's attention, and gradually developed into a brand-new industrial model. Today, with the economic globalization and cultural commercialization, Fujian tea culture in Fujian Province, as the most distinctive traditional folk culture, how to better develop the creative products of Fujian tea culture The protection of intellectual property rights of Fujian tea cultural and creative industries is directly related to the spread and prosperity of Fujian tea culture, and it is worth thinking and studying.
