“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”的困境及其出路

【摘要】:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是一門新興產(chǎn)業(yè),它的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展已經(jīng)被世界各國廣泛關(guān)注。中國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是中國特色社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)物,也是中國文化體制改革的重要組成部分。從世界范圍看,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)誕生于西方,無論從理論還是實(shí)踐上,其在國外的發(fā)展都已經(jīng)比較成熟,相對來說,我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)起步較晚,實(shí)力不強(qiáng),面臨的問題也很多,尤其是目前國內(nèi)出現(xiàn)的“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”現(xiàn)象,給我國文化的健康發(fā)展帶來不小的困惑。 本文致力探討“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”的困境及其出路問題,從西方文化產(chǎn)業(yè)理論入手,,闡述“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”產(chǎn)生的背景,明確指出文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”的本質(zhì)不同,在分析“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”本身所面臨的尷尬困境的同時,預(yù)見到“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”必然帶來的文化風(fēng)險。當(dāng)前國內(nèi)有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)者,存有對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”的誤讀,文化被過分地渲染為經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,大量文化產(chǎn)品和文化服務(wù)被現(xiàn)代商業(yè)和技術(shù)手段操縱,以達(dá)到謀求商業(yè)利益的目的,從長遠(yuǎn)看,這不僅不利于社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),更無益于社會主義文化建設(shè)。另外,本文對社會主義文化事業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了劃分,無論是社會主義文化事業(yè)還是文化產(chǎn)業(yè),始終都是為人民服務(wù)的,應(yīng)該把社會效益放在首位,同時對社會主義文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的合理發(fā)展提出一些政策建議。 在全球化大背景下,我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)既面臨著難得的歷史機(jī)遇,又要應(yīng)對來自世界文化強(qiáng)國的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,在目前的情勢下,堅持以社會主義先進(jìn)文化為導(dǎo)向,更加務(wù)實(shí)地研究我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè),冷靜思考“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化”熱潮,是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is a new industry, its emergence and development has been widely concerned by the world. China's cultural industry is the product of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and an important part of the reform of Chinese cultural system. Worldwide, the cultural industry was born in the West, and its development abroad has been relatively mature, both in theory and in practice. Comparatively speaking, China's cultural industry started relatively late, its strength is not strong, and it faces many problems. In particular, the phenomenon of "cultural industrialization" in China has brought great confusion to the healthy development of Chinese culture. This paper tries to probe into the dilemma of "cultural industrialization" and its outlet. Starting from the theory of western cultural industry, this paper expounds the background of "cultural industrialization", and points out clearly that the essence of cultural industry is different from that of "cultural industrialization". At the same time, the author foresees the cultural risks brought by "cultural industrialization" while analyzing the awkward predicament that "cultural industrialization" itself faces. At present, there are quite a number of scholars in China who misread the cultural industry and "cultural industrialization". Culture is overplayed as economic benefits, and a large number of cultural products and cultural services are manipulated by modern commercial and technological means. In order to achieve the purpose of seeking commercial interests, in the long run, this is not only not conducive to socialist economic construction, but also not conducive to socialist cultural construction. In addition, this paper divides the socialist cultural cause from the cultural industry. Whether it is the socialist cultural cause or the cultural industry, it always serves the people, and social benefits should be put in the first place. At the same time, the reasonable development of socialist cultural industry put forward some policy recommendations. Under the background of globalization, China's cultural industry is faced with both a rare historical opportunity and a severe challenge from the world's cultural power. Therefore, under the present situation, it is very necessary to adhere to the socialist advanced culture as the guide, to study the cultural industry of our country more pragmatically, and to think calmly about the upsurge of "cultural industrialization".
