我國中小文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略薪酬體系研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟全球化導致企業(yè)間競爭愈發(fā)激烈,多數(shù)學者就將目光投向人力資源管理的薪酬管理,想通過戰(zhàn)略薪酬管理來幫助企業(yè)贏得競爭優(yōu)勢,增強企業(yè)的競爭力。本文研究的內(nèi)容是中小文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略薪酬體系。在系統(tǒng)論述了薪酬管理、戰(zhàn)略性薪酬管理和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論的基礎上,通過深入分析我國中小文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的薪酬管理現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,建立了一個有利于提高企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略薪酬體系模型,嘗試通過該體系模型,解決目前我國中小文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)薪酬管理中存有的問題,使中小文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)能站在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的高度考慮該怎樣實行薪酬管理,以及怎么借助戰(zhàn)略薪酬管理來實現(xiàn)支持企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標的目的。本文最后運用實證方法,在剖析了某中小文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)薪酬管理中現(xiàn)實存在的問題,并對其做了相關(guān)的分析,創(chuàng)建了該企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性薪酬體系,論證了戰(zhàn)略薪酬管理體系構(gòu)建在實踐中的可行性及研究的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization leads to more and more fierce competition among enterprises, most scholars turn their attention to the compensation management of human resources management, and want to help enterprises to win competitive advantage and enhance their competitiveness through strategic compensation management. The content of this paper is the strategic compensation system of small and medium-sized cultural creative enterprises. On the basis of systematically discussing salary management, strategic compensation management and enterprise strategy theory, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of salary management in small and medium cultural creative enterprises in China. This paper establishes a strategic compensation system model which is conducive to improving the competitive advantage of enterprises, and attempts to solve the problems existing in the compensation management of small and medium cultural creative enterprises through this system model. So that small and medium cultural creative enterprises can consider how to implement salary management and how to use strategic compensation management to achieve the purpose of supporting the strategic objectives of enterprises. Finally, using the empirical method, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the compensation management of a small and medium cultural and creative enterprise, and makes a related analysis to it, and establishes the strategic compensation system of the enterprise. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of constructing strategic salary management system in practice and the practical significance of the research.
