【摘要】：隨著文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展，集群化之路已成為其必然趨勢(shì)，也是增強(qiáng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)整體實(shí)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然選擇。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群既是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)也是一個(gè)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)，嵌入于特定的社會(huì)文化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)中。為此，文章將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的嵌入性為研究對(duì)象，重點(diǎn)分析文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性如何影響其演化發(fā)展。 文章在廣泛收集和閱讀集群嵌入性文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，梳理了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群嵌入性的概念、特征、分類和層次結(jié)構(gòu)等，，分析了嵌入性對(duì)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展正負(fù)面影響。其次，分析了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性，研究了社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性對(duì)集群社會(huì)效應(yīng)的影響。第三，運(yùn)用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法，選取西安曲江文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為實(shí)證分析對(duì)象。分析了曲江文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的現(xiàn)狀、模式和各種嵌入因素，重點(diǎn)剖析了曲江文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，曲江文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在創(chuàng)新能力、分工協(xié)作、集群知識(shí)溢出等方面尚存在欠缺，并根據(jù)嵌入性相關(guān)理論提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。最后，結(jié)合上述分析，對(duì)今后政府在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的引導(dǎo)和扶持方面給予對(duì)策建議。文章研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群嵌入于特定的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化、政策等多種影響因素的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)之中，并與其所在的區(qū)域環(huán)境進(jìn)行雙向互動(dòng)。其中，政府在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)中具有重要作用，政府可以通過法規(guī)政策維護(hù)良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系，培育創(chuàng)新氛圍，理順分工協(xié)作機(jī)制，為集群的發(fā)展?fàn)I造一個(gè)良好的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity and development of cultural industry, the road of clustering has become an inevitable trend and an inevitable choice to enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of cultural industry. Cultural industrial cluster is not only an economic system but also a social system, embedded in a specific social culture and network structure. Therefore, this paper studies the embeddedness of cultural industrial cluster, and analyzes how the social network embeddedness of cultural industrial cluster affects its evolution and development. Based on the extensive collection and reading of the literature on the embeddedness of cultural industrial clusters, this paper combs the concept, characteristics, classification and hierarchical structure of the embeddedness of cultural industrial clusters, and analyzes the positive and negative effects of embeddedness on the development of cultural industrial clusters. Secondly, it analyzes the social network embeddedness of the cultural industrial cluster, and studies the influence of the social network embeddedness on the social effect of the cluster. Thirdly, using social network analysis, Xi'an Qujiang cultural industry cluster is selected as the empirical analysis object. This paper analyzes the present situation, mode and various embedding factors of the Qujiang cultural industrial cluster, and emphatically analyzes the social network embeddedness of the Qujiang cultural industrial cluster. It is found that the Qujiang cultural industrial cluster is deficient in innovation ability, division of labor and cooperation, cluster knowledge spillover and so on, and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the theory of embeddedness. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author gives some suggestions on the guidance and support of the cultural industry cluster in the future. The paper finds that the cultural industrial cluster is embedded in the network structure of specific economic, social, cultural, policy and other influencing factors, and interacts with its regional environment in both directions. Among them, the government plays an important role in the network structure of the cultural industry cluster. The government can maintain the good network relationship through the regulations and policies, cultivate the atmosphere of innovation, rationalize the mechanism of division of labor and cooperation, and build a good platform for the development of the cluster.
