城市視角下的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)研究

【摘要】:從理論視角來看,對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)進行研究被視為經(jīng)濟地理研究中文化轉(zhuǎn)向趨勢的一部分,作為經(jīng)濟學(xué)與地理學(xué)交叉學(xué)科的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)理應(yīng)對其進行系統(tǒng)研究,將其納入本學(xué)科研究體系,以推進自身的發(fā)展。而從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)自身研究體系來看,區(qū)位選擇與聚集是這一體系的核心內(nèi)容,但無論是農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)位論還是工業(yè)區(qū)位論,它們都是后工業(yè)社會之前的產(chǎn)物,它們都忽視了對人的能動性與社會人文因素的分析,這使得它們都無法有效解決以人才為主要投入要素的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)位選擇與聚集問題。同時,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)缺少微觀基礎(chǔ),這是導(dǎo)致該學(xué)科不能徹底融入主流經(jīng)濟學(xué)大家庭的根本所在,而區(qū)位選擇到聚集的邏輯演繹被視為填補這一缺失的合適選擇。因此,研究文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)位選擇與聚集問題,并溝通二者間的邏輯演繹,既是對社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)域文化轉(zhuǎn)向趨勢的回應(yīng),也是對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)自身體系框架在后工業(yè)社會下的更新與填充。 從現(xiàn)實視角來看,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)被廣泛視為后工業(yè)社會時代背景下,主導(dǎo)城市未來發(fā)展與支撐城市經(jīng)濟體系持續(xù)更新的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài),是城市經(jīng)濟競爭力與文化競爭力的重要組成部分,我國各級城市都對其投以了極大的熱情,掀起了發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的高潮。雖然文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國各級城市中都有了不同程度的發(fā)展,但作為高端產(chǎn)業(yè),它是否適合在所有城市中大范圍發(fā)展仍是一個需要慎重考慮的問題,研究文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)位選擇與聚集影響因素為準確回答這一問題提供了有價值的理論參考。在后工業(yè)時代,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級就是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的軟化,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展既是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的產(chǎn)物,也是進一步促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的動力。因此,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)軟化間存在雙向互動,透徹理解這種互動關(guān)系,也為解答文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是否適合在所有城市中大范圍發(fā)展提供了一個參考。另一方面,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是提升城市文化競爭力,即軟實力的有效途徑,對其進行研究,有助于城市軟實力提升方面做到有的放矢。 以上內(nèi)容構(gòu)成了本文的研究重點,本文的研究主要分為三大部分,共計七章。第一部分為本文的引論,包括第一章及第二章。第一章主要闡述了本文的選題背景、選題意義、核心概念界定及中外文獻綜述,并對全文的寫作框架及創(chuàng)新點等內(nèi)容進行了概括性說明。第二章的內(nèi)容在于說明為何城市應(yīng)該是文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的最佳視角,本章簡要分析了城市、經(jīng)濟與文化三者間的兩兩互動關(guān)系,說明了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的城市屬性,為下文的寫作進行了必要的鋪墊。 第二部分為本文的核心章節(jié),包括第三章到第六章,依據(jù)文章的內(nèi)容特點,將其分為上下兩篇。 上篇包括第三章及第四章,可視為對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的微觀分析。第三章分析了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)位(城市)選擇問題,在概述傳統(tǒng)區(qū)位理論的缺陷及相應(yīng)改進后,引入城市便利性及相關(guān)理論。并以此為基礎(chǔ),采用兩段論式的分析方法,首先分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)者的區(qū)位選擇問題,然后分析文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的區(qū)位選擇問題,,較為完備的解決了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)位選擇問題。第四章是第三章的邏輯遞進,在簡要回顧聚集理論之后,仍采用兩段論式的分析方法,系統(tǒng)論述了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)從區(qū)位選擇到聚集的邏輯演繹過程。之后,應(yīng)用多元回歸模型,采用逐步回歸方法,實證分析了我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)城市聚集的影響因素。 下篇包括第五章及第六章,可視為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的宏觀分析。第五章分析了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)軟化的雙向互動關(guān)系,并以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)獲取相對容易的北京及上海兩市進行了實證研究。以北京市數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)建立的面板模型實證結(jié)果,顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)前向軟化極大的促進文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展;以上海市數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)進行的投入產(chǎn)出分析,在印證產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)前向軟化的促進文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時,也證明了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)機構(gòu)后向軟化存在促進作用。第六章分析了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市軟實力的關(guān)系,城市吸引力、城市凝聚力及城市形象是城市軟實力的重要組成部分,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有助于城市吸引外部人口及資金;有利于城市精神文明建設(shè)和和諧社會建設(shè);有益于城市更新及城市營銷,是城市軟實力提升的重要載體。 第三部分為本文的結(jié)論部分,包括第七章。這一章首先分析了我國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及研究中存在的主要問題,并提出了相關(guān)解決設(shè)想。最后對本文進行了概略性總結(jié),并指出了未來的研究重點所在。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of theory, the study of cultural creative industries is regarded as part of the trend of cultural turn in the study of economic geography. As an interdisciplinary subject of economics and geography, regional economics should systematically study it and bring it into the research system of this subject in order to promote its own development. Location selection and agglomeration are the core contents of this system, but both agricultural and industrial location theories are the products before the post-industrial society. They neglect the analysis of human initiative and social and humanistic factors, which makes them unable to effectively solve the cultural creation with talent as the main input factor. At the same time, the lack of micro-economic foundation in regional economics is the fundamental reason why this subject can not be fully integrated into the mainstream economics family, and the logical deduction from location selection to agglomeration is regarded as the appropriate choice to fill this gap. The logical deduction between the two is not only a response to the trend of cultural turn in social sciences, but also a renewal and filling of the framework of regional economics in the post-industrial society.
From a realistic point of view, cultural and creative industries are widely regarded as a new type of industrial form that will lead the future development of cities and sustain the continuous renewal of urban economic system under the background of post-industrial society. It is an important part of urban economic competitiveness and cultural competitiveness. Cities at all levels in China have invested great enthusiasm in it and set off a new start. Although cultural and creative industries have developed in different levels of cities in China, as a high-end industry, whether it is suitable for large-scale development in all cities is still a question that needs to be carefully considered. In the post-industrial era, the upgrading of industrial structure is the softening of industrial structure. The development of cultural and creative industries is not only the product of the upgrading of industrial structure, but also the motive force to further promote the upgrading of industrial structure. On the other hand, cultural and creative industries are an effective way to enhance the city's cultural competitiveness, i.e. soft power. Studying them is helpful to enhance the city's soft power.
The first part is the introduction of this paper, including the first chapter and the second chapter. The first chapter mainly elaborates the background, significance, definition of core concepts and literature review at home and abroad. The content of the second chapter is to explain why cities should be the best perspective for the study of cultural and creative industries. This chapter briefly analyzes the two-to-two interaction among cities, economy and culture, explains the urban attributes of cultural and creative industries, and paves the way for the following writing.
The second part is the core chapter of this article, including the third chapter to the sixth chapter, according to the content characteristics of the article, it is divided into two parts.
Chapter 3 analyzes the location (city) selection of cultural and creative industries. After summarizing the defects of traditional location theory and corresponding improvements, the paper introduces urban convenience and related theories. On this basis, it adopts the method of two-paragraph analysis. Firstly, it analyzes the location (city) selection of cultural and creative industries. This paper analyzes the location selection of cultural and creative industries practitioners, and then analyzes the location selection of cultural and creative enterprises, which solves the problem of location selection of cultural and creative industries more completely. The logical deduction process from location selection to agglomeration of cultural and creative industries is studied. Then, the influencing factors of urban agglomeration of cultural and creative industries in China are empirically analyzed by using multiple regression model and stepwise regression method.
Chapter 5 analyzes the mutual relationship between the development of cultural and creative industries and the softening of industrial structure, and makes an empirical study of Beijing and Shanghai, which are relatively easy to obtain the data of cultural and creative industries. The empirical results show that the forward softening of industrial structure greatly promotes the development of cultural and creative industries; the input-output analysis based on Shanghai data confirms that the forward softening of industrial structure promotes the development of cultural and creative industries, and also proves the existence of backward softening of cultural and creative industries on industrial institutions. Chapter 6 analyzes the relationship between cultural and creative industries and urban soft power. Urban attraction, urban cohesion and urban image are important components of urban soft power. Urban renewal and urban marketing are important carriers for upgrading the soft power of cities.
The third part is the conclusion of this paper, including the seventh chapter. This chapter first analyzes the main problems existing in the development and research of China's cultural and creative industries, and puts forward relevant solutions.
