多元文化下呼和浩特玉泉區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:旅游與文化具有天然的耦合性,發(fā)展旅游離不開文化,同時發(fā)展旅游也促進文化的傳播。隨著我國旅游業(yè)從觀光旅游形態(tài)向休閑度假旅游形態(tài)的歷史性轉變,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為提升這種旅游形態(tài)的有效路徑,因此,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)都不同程度地走向了互動融合的道路,在我國,旅游與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)均被列入國家戰(zhàn)略,《國務院關于加快發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的意見》、《文化產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃》和《關于促進文化與旅游結合發(fā)展的指導意見》更是作為利好政策大力推進了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)調發(fā)展。我國旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進入轉型升級、全面提升產(chǎn)業(yè)素質的關鍵時期,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)則面臨體制改革和產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的歷史任務,,在這個關鍵時期,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展,是促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級、延伸文化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、提升旅游文化產(chǎn)品附加值的有效途徑,已經(jīng)成為旅游界和文化界的共識。 呼和浩特玉泉區(qū)是呼和浩特城市的發(fā)祥地,是表達呼和浩特作為歷史文化名城“召城”、“召廟浩特”、“塞外名城”含義的意象載體,所依托的召廟、蒙元、旅蒙晉商等多元文化交相輝映,是呼和浩特市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎最好的區(qū)域之一。本文以玉泉區(qū)為研究對象,通過對玉泉區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的調查,從二者交叉融合的思路出發(fā),以產(chǎn)業(yè)融合等理論為基礎,依托多元文化背景,探討彰顯呼和浩特文化意象的新元素與旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的新業(yè)態(tài),通過實地調查與深度訪談、文獻綜述等方法,在對玉泉區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)融合現(xiàn)狀評價的基礎上,嘗試從技術、資源產(chǎn)品、市場、渠道、企業(yè)等五方面探討融合的有效路徑,并進一步強調從政府主導推動產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、創(chuàng)新引領產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、人才體系保障產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、市場導向產(chǎn)業(yè)融合等方面完善保障體系。將“政府主導、市場運作,企業(yè)主體、社會參與,群眾受益、永續(xù)利用”作為預設目標,以期對玉泉區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)融合提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Tourism and culture have a natural coupling, the development of tourism can not be separated from culture, at the same time, development of tourism also promotes the spread of culture. With the historic change of tourism form from sightseeing to leisure tourism, cultural industry has become an effective way to promote this form of tourism. Both the tourism industry and the cultural industry are moving towards the path of interactive integration to varying degrees. In our country, Tourism and cultural industry are included in the national strategy. The State Council's opinions on speeding up the Development of Tourism, the Plan for the Revitalization of Cultural Industry and the guiding opinion on promoting the combination of Culture and Tourism are even more favorable policies. Vigorously promoted the coordinated development of tourism industry and cultural industry. The tourism industry in our country has entered the critical period of transformation and upgrading, and the overall upgrading of industrial quality, while the cultural industry is facing the historical task of system reform and industrialization development. In this crucial period, tourism industry and cultural industry merge and develop. It is an effective way to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, extend the cultural industry chain and enhance the added value of tourism cultural products, which has become the consensus of tourism and culture circles. Hohhot Yuquan area is the birthplace of Hohhot city, and it is the image carrier of Huhhot as a famous historical and cultural city, "Zhaomiao Haote", "a famous city outside the city", and the Meng-Yuan Dynasty, which relies on the Convenor Temple. Tourism Mongolia, Shanxi merchants and other diverse cultures reflect each other, Huhhot cultural industry and tourism industry development base is one of the best. This article takes Yuquan area as the research object, through investigating the present situation of the tourism industry and cultural industry in Yuquan area, starting from the idea of the two cross fusion, based on the theory of industry convergence and relying on the multicultural background. This paper discusses the new elements of showing the cultural image of Hohhot and the new form of tourism development. Through field investigation, in-depth interviews, literature review and other methods, the paper evaluates the present situation of the integration of tourism industry and cultural industry in Yuquan area. Try to explore the effective path of integration from five aspects: technology, resource product, market, channel and enterprise, and further emphasize that the government should lead the industry convergence, innovation will lead the industry convergence, and the talent system will guarantee the industrial integration. Market-oriented industry integration and other aspects of improving the security system. This paper takes "government leading, market operation, enterprise main body, social participation, mass benefit, sustainable utilization" as the presupposition target, in order to provide reference for the integration of tourism industry and culture industry in Yuquan area.
