齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,有別于具有意識(shí)形態(tài)特征的文化事業(yè)。在我國(guó),文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步完善和現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)方式的不斷進(jìn)步而發(fā)展起來的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前,不僅是全國(guó)的精神文化需求在快速增長(zhǎng),齊齊哈爾市人民群眾的精神文化需求也在快速增長(zhǎng),這就要求在短期內(nèi)迅速增加文化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的供給能力,迫切需要發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。 本文首先詳細(xì)闡述了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念和在我國(guó)的發(fā)展;其次通過資料、調(diào)研和SWOT分析方法,分析了齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇以及挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境有了清晰的認(rèn)識(shí);最后根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)深入分析了齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指出齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有旅游資源突出、“鶴文化”突出和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速的優(yōu)勢(shì),但是總量較少、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、缺乏資金、缺乏新興文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的問題也十分突出。從分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的需求日漸旺盛、合作也越來越多,給文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了機(jī)遇。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用比較分析、理論研究等方法提出齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略原則和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略模式。指出齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)從品牌戰(zhàn)略、人才戰(zhàn)略以及區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略入手,并預(yù)測(cè)了戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的成果,,為齊齊哈爾市文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了一些有意義的建議。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is an important part of economic and social development, which is different from the cultural cause with ideological characteristics. In China, cultural industry is a new industry developed with the gradual improvement of socialist market economy and the continuous progress of modern mode of production. At present, not only is the national spiritual and cultural demand growing rapidly, but the spiritual and cultural needs of the people of Qiqihar are also growing rapidly. This requires a rapid increase in the supply capacity of cultural products and services in the short term. There is an urgent need to develop cultural industries. In this paper, the related concepts of cultural industry and its development in China are described in detail. Secondly, through data, investigation and SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of cultural industry in Qiqihar. It has a clear understanding of the development environment of Qiqihar's cultural industry, and finally, according to the advanced development experience at home and abroad, it deeply analyzes the present development situation of Qiqihar's cultural industry. It is pointed out that the development of cultural industry in Qiqihar has the advantages of prominent tourism resources, prominent "crane culture" and rapid development of cultural industry, but the total amount is relatively small, the structure is unreasonable, the funds are lacking, and the problems of the lack of new cultural industry are also very prominent. From the analysis, we find that the demand of cultural industry is more and more, and the cooperation is more and more, which brings opportunities to the development of cultural industry. On this basis, using the successful experience of cultural industry development at home and abroad for reference, using the methods of comparative analysis and theoretical research, this paper puts forward the strategic orientation of cultural industry development, the principles of cultural industry development strategy and the strategic model of cultural industry development in Qiqihar City. This paper points out that the development of cultural industry in Qiqihar should start with brand strategy, talent strategy and regional development strategy, and forecasts the results of strategic development, and puts forward some meaningful suggestions for the development of Qiqihar cultural industry.
