【摘要】：建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村的目標(biāo)是在全國范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)“管理民主、村容整潔、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明、生活寬裕、生產(chǎn)發(fā)展”的新時(shí)代農(nóng)村。社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的靈魂是文化建設(shè),文化建設(shè)對新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的重要性就像淡水對淡水魚的重要性一樣,如果讓淡水魚生活在海水里,雖然可以游動,但后來的結(jié)果大家可以想到。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)必須依靠適應(yīng)新農(nóng)村發(fā)展的文化作為催化劑。 文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是二十一世紀(jì)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),是知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代中國經(jīng)濟(jì)乃至世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長主要力量。就中國范圍而言,與城市文化相比,整體上的鄉(xiāng)村文化仍然用不上“規(guī)模”二字來丈量。和諧的農(nóng)村氛圍少不了思想文化的渲染和影響,新農(nóng)村建設(shè)更少不了新時(shí)代鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)這舉足輕重的一筆。在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,文化建設(shè)關(guān)系到我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與和諧社會建設(shè)的成敗。為此,研究廣大農(nóng)民群體中的文化建設(shè)問題具有重要意義。 針對新農(nóng)村文化產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)過程中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的突出問題,展開深入研究并提出新的思路及方法對策,對當(dāng)今的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)意義。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)事關(guān)廣大農(nóng)民群眾的幸福安康以及整個(gè)國家的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,如何滿足新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展和需求至關(guān)重要。 本文首先明確文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的意義,然后對我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概括,分析存在的不足之處,重點(diǎn)探求抑制當(dāng)前農(nóng)村特色文化發(fā)展的因素,并根據(jù)存在的問題進(jìn)行原因分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出傳承和發(fā)展農(nóng)民文化生活的重要措施,并力求探討一條具有中國特色的文化發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:The goal of building a new socialist countryside is to realize a new era of "democratic management, clean and tidy villages, civilized countryside, rich life and productive development" in the whole country. The soul of the construction of a new socialist countryside is cultural construction. The importance of cultural construction to the construction of a new countryside is as important as fresh water to freshwater fish. If freshwater fish live in the sea, though they can swim, But you can think of later results. The construction of new countryside must depend on the culture that adapts to the development of new countryside. Cultural industry is a new industry in 21 century. It is the main force of the growth of Chinese economy and the world economy in the era of knowledge economy. As far as China is concerned, compared with urban culture, rural culture as a whole still cannot be measured by the word "scale". Harmonious rural atmosphere is not without the exaggeration and influence of ideology and culture, and the construction of new countryside is even more important in the construction of rural culture in the new era. In the era of knowledge economy with rapid economic development, cultural construction is related to the success or failure of the economic development and the construction of a harmonious society in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the cultural construction of farmers. In view of the outstanding problems found in the process of cultural industry construction in the new countryside, it is of great practical and guiding significance to carry out a thorough study and put forward new ideas and methods for the construction of the new countryside. The construction of new countryside is related to the well-being and well-being of the broad masses of farmers and the stable development of the whole country. How to meet the development and needs of the new rural cultural construction is of great importance. This paper first clarifies the significance of the development of cultural industry to the construction of new countryside, then generalizes the present situation of the development of cultural industry in China, analyzes the shortcomings, and probes into the factors that restrain the development of the current characteristic culture in rural areas. And according to the existing problems to analyze the causes. On this basis, this paper puts forward some important measures for inheriting and developing peasants' cultural life, and tries to explore a path of cultural development with Chinese characteristics.
