基于生態(tài)學(xué)的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是世界進(jìn)入新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,文化、科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)相互融合的一種新經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象。作為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)高度發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅已經(jīng)成為世界各國促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),而且也是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)由高污染、高能耗、高成本、低附加值的勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)向低污染、低能耗、低成本、高附加值的智力密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的有效途徑。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模已成為衡量一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)活力和消費(fèi)水平的重要標(biāo)志之一。本文借鑒生態(tài)學(xué)理論,結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)等學(xué)科知識(shí),展開對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的理論與實(shí)證研究。 本文在研究過程中,結(jié)合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的客觀實(shí)際以及創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在全球迅猛發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,明確本文研究創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的目的與意義,通過對近年來理論界對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究現(xiàn)狀的梳理,結(jié)合生態(tài)學(xué)理論系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的基本理論框架,本文認(rèn)為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)是指一定創(chuàng)意區(qū)域空間內(nèi),創(chuàng)新主體及其支撐體系相互作用,并與生態(tài)環(huán)境相互影響,通過資源交換、知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、信息傳遞等手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)和有機(jī)整體。文章將創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成要素與自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行了對比,揭示了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)學(xué)特征和生命周期特征,進(jìn)一步得出創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)是有機(jī)關(guān)聯(lián)的統(tǒng)一整體,具有動(dòng)態(tài)演化的生態(tài)性,是一個(gè)自我調(diào)控、相對穩(wěn)定的復(fù)雜生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。 其次,文章結(jié)合生態(tài)位理論基本內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新過程,深入研究了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的作用機(jī)制。文章認(rèn)為,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是一個(gè)由企業(yè)、政府機(jī)構(gòu)、中介組織等共同構(gòu)成的生態(tài)系統(tǒng),生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中各個(gè)不同主體等同于自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的種群,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中不同主體的分布類似于自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的生態(tài)位,因此,運(yùn)用生態(tài)位理論可以較好地解釋創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制。然后,文章分析了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)意企業(yè)生態(tài)位重疊、生態(tài)位分離與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,提出了創(chuàng)意企業(yè)生態(tài)位的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略。 再次,文章結(jié)合生態(tài)學(xué)理論中的生物種群理論分析創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)種群創(chuàng)新機(jī)制。根據(jù)經(jīng)典的Logistic模型,通過對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)創(chuàng)意企業(yè)種群之間交互競爭關(guān)系及穩(wěn)定均衡條件的分析,分別探討了單一創(chuàng)新種群競爭模型和多創(chuàng)新種群競爭模型,分析得出了創(chuàng)新種群發(fā)展趨勢取決于不同創(chuàng)新主體對創(chuàng)新資源的競爭能力。然后,根據(jù)Logistic模型分析,文章認(rèn)為針對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)創(chuàng)意企業(yè)種群合作共生的特點(diǎn),對于實(shí)力不對稱的創(chuàng)新種群創(chuàng)新能力的相對地位決定了它們之間的互補(bǔ)力度;對于實(shí)力對稱的創(chuàng)新種群,保持競爭主體的差異性有利于創(chuàng)新的推進(jìn)和平衡。接著對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)種群創(chuàng)新的協(xié)同進(jìn)化機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究,闡明了各創(chuàng)新種群通過整合各種創(chuàng)新資源,進(jìn)行有效的資源配置,合理的分工和協(xié)作,實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)共享和學(xué)習(xí),在競爭與合作創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同進(jìn)化效應(yīng)。 此后,文章結(jié)合前面所構(gòu)建的理論體系,創(chuàng)造性提出了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建。首先對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的平衡性進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)復(fù)雜的有機(jī)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)各組分在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上的配合在發(fā)育過程中逐步完善起來,創(chuàng)意企業(yè)、創(chuàng)新種群間形成自我調(diào)節(jié),然而自我調(diào)節(jié)有其局限性,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)外部壓力超過了系統(tǒng)的自我調(diào)節(jié)能力,系統(tǒng)就出現(xiàn)了生態(tài)失衡。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提出了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建,探討了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)平臺(tái)的調(diào)節(jié)原則和調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,分析了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)平臺(tái)的功能,認(rèn)為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的開展要依賴于創(chuàng)新生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)平臺(tái)的支持和推動(dòng),而區(qū)域政策對于創(chuàng)新的支持也要基于創(chuàng)新生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)平臺(tái)來進(jìn)行傳播和發(fā)揮作用。 然后,文章選取張江文化科技創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)基地作為實(shí)際案例,結(jié)合本文構(gòu)建的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的基本框架,從自然生態(tài)稟賦,產(chǎn)業(yè)功能定位,創(chuàng)新服務(wù)平臺(tái),創(chuàng)新文化培育四個(gè)方面探討了張江文化科技創(chuàng)意基地創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的特征,設(shè)計(jì)了張江文化科技創(chuàng)意基地創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用因子分析方法,得出影響張江文化科技創(chuàng)意基地創(chuàng)新能力的5個(gè)因子,并結(jié)合模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法在實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,得出初步結(jié)論。 最后,文章提出促進(jìn)我國創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策。通過分析創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展過程中地方政府的市場替代行為極其合理性,認(rèn)為在創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展初期,政府很有必要介入到這一尚未成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)中來,政府充分發(fā)揮這只看得見的手的作用,可以更好地整合各種優(yōu)勢資源,以便更好地促進(jìn)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展,認(rèn)為政府應(yīng)該成為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的規(guī)劃師、引導(dǎo)者和火車頭,針對我國創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)尚處于發(fā)展初期,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展尚不成熟等現(xiàn)狀,提出我國各地方政府應(yīng)該在創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中積極實(shí)施產(chǎn)業(yè)引導(dǎo)戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)培育戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持戰(zhàn)略和產(chǎn)業(yè)保護(hù)戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Creative industry is a new economic phenomenon that the world enters into a new era of economy , culture , science and technology and economy . As a product of high economic and social development , the creative industry has become an effective way to transform the economy from high pollution , high energy consumption , high cost , low added value of labor - intensive industry to low pollution , low energy consumption , low cost and high added value . The scale of creative industry has become one of the important signs for measuring industrial structure , economic vitality and consumption level in a country or region .
In the process of research , combining the objective reality of the current economic and social development and the present situation of the creative industry cluster in the rapid development of the world , this paper clarifies the purpose and significance of the innovation mechanism of the creative industry cluster . Through the comparison between the components of the creative industry cluster innovation ecosystem and the components of the natural ecological system , this paper points out that the creative industry cluster innovation ecosystem is the unified whole of the organic association , and has the ecological nature of dynamic evolution , and is a complex ecosystem that is self - regulated and relatively stable .
Secondly , based on the basic content of niche theory and the innovation process of creative industry cluster enterprises , the paper further studies the mechanism of innovation of creative industry cluster innovation ecosystem . The paper holds that the creative industry cluster is an ecosystem composed of enterprises , government agencies , intermediary organizations and so on . The distribution of different subjects in the ecosystem is similar to the niche in the natural ecosystem . Therefore , the paper analyzes the internal relationship between the niche overlapping , niche separation and enterprise innovation in the creative industry cluster , and puts forward the innovative strategy of the creative enterprise niche .
Based on the classical Logistic model , this paper probes into the competition model of innovative population and the competition model of multi - innovation population by analyzing the interaction competition between creative enterprise groups in creative industry cluster and the analysis of stable equilibrium condition .
This paper studies the cooperative evolution mechanism of innovative ecosystem population innovation by integrating various innovative resources , makes effective allocation of resources , reasonable division of labor and collaboration , realizes knowledge sharing and learning , and realizes the cooperative evolution effect in competition and cooperation innovation activities .
This paper analyzes the balance of creative industry cluster innovation ecosystem , and points out that creative industry cluster innovation ecosystem is a dynamic and complex organic system .
Then , the paper selects Zhang Jiang Culture Science and Technology Creative Industry Base as a practical case , and combines the characteristics of innovation ecosystem of Zhangjiang cultural science and technology creative base from four aspects : natural ecological endowment , industrial function positioning , innovation service platform and innovation culture .
Finally , the author puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of creative industry in China . By analyzing the market substitution behavior of local government in the process of creative industry cluster development , it is believed that in the early stage of the development of creative industry cluster , it is necessary for the government to bring into full play the role of this only visible hand , so as to better promote the development of creative industry cluster , and think that the government should become the planner , leader and locomotive of creative industry cluster development , and put forward that the local government should actively implement industry guide strategy , industry cultivation strategy , industry support strategy and industry protection strategy in the development of creative industry cluster .
