【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、市場法則和商品規(guī)律、新媒介霸權(quán)、多元文化觀等深刻影響著我國社會轉(zhuǎn)型期文藝生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展走向和文化生態(tài)的建設(shè)。產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)和市場化營銷促進了文藝生產(chǎn)的規(guī)模發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)效應,網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)改變了文藝的生存方式和存在形態(tài),文化消費市場強化了文藝產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)濟價值和商品屬性,形成文藝生產(chǎn)快速發(fā)展中的繁而不榮和大而不盛,經(jīng)濟效益和社會價值存在一定程度上的失衡,不同程度地影響到文化生態(tài)的建設(shè)。強化管理機制和公共文化建設(shè)、提高文藝產(chǎn)品的品位,增強文藝生產(chǎn)者社會責任感和文化自覺,促進文藝生產(chǎn)的"綠色、低碳、環(huán)保",這既是文藝生產(chǎn)的文化使命和自覺追求,也是文化大發(fā)展和大繁榮時期綠色文化生態(tài)建設(shè)的歷史使命和終極目標。
[Abstract]:Cultural industrial policies, market rules and commodity laws, new media hegemony, and multicultural views have a profound impact on the development of literary and artistic production and the construction of cultural ecology in the transitional period of our society. Industrial production and market-oriented marketing have promoted the scale development and industrial effect of literary and art production, the network ecology has changed the way of existence and existing form of literature and art, and the market of cultural consumption has strengthened the economic value and commodity attribute of literary and artistic products. In the rapid development of literature and art production, there is a certain degree of imbalance between economic benefit and social value, which affects the construction of cultural ecology to some extent. Strengthening the management mechanism and public cultural construction, improving the taste of literary and artistic products, enhancing the social responsibility and cultural consciousness of literary and art producers, and promoting the "green, low carbon and environmental protection" of literary and art production are not only the cultural missions and conscious pursuit of literary and art production, It is also the historical mission and ultimate goal of the ecological construction of green culture in the period of great cultural development and prosperity.
