【摘要】:2009年隨著我國首部《文化產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃》的頒布,令大眾的目光再一次聚焦于此,并開始重新審視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展前景。HQP公司作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)的一份子,即迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展契機,又必須面對自身資源的限制,如何最大限度的獲取外部資源,成為一個不可回避的問題。采購部作為公司體現(xiàn)籌供能力的職能部門之一,制定一個切實可行的采購戰(zhàn)略在此時就顯得尤為重要。 本文根據(jù)職能戰(zhàn)略研究的一般方法,對HQP公司采購戰(zhàn)略制定的過程及結(jié)論進(jìn)行闡述。具體研究內(nèi)容如下:先通過HQP公司的外部、內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,提煉總結(jié)出公司的機遇、威脅、優(yōu)勢、劣勢;再根據(jù)已知的公司使命及目標(biāo),通過EFE矩陣、IFE矩陣、SWOT矩陣制定出多個采購戰(zhàn)略的備選方案;最終經(jīng)定量戰(zhàn)略計劃矩陣(QSPM)進(jìn)行決策,確定HQP公司的最優(yōu)采購戰(zhàn)略,并且針對采購戰(zhàn)略實施、控制等方面進(jìn)行分析,為實現(xiàn)公司總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供供應(yīng)保障。
[Abstract]:In 2009, with the promulgation of the first "Plan for the Revitalization of Cultural Industry" in China, the eyes of the public once again focused on this, and began to re-examine the development prospects of the cultural industry. HQP Company as a member of the cultural industry, The opportunity of unprecedented development has been ushered in, and the restriction of its own resources must be faced with. How to obtain external resources to the maximum extent has become an unavoidable problem. As one of the functional departments of the company, it is very important to draw up a feasible purchasing strategy. According to the general method of functional strategy research, this paper expounds the process and conclusion of HQP purchasing strategy. The specific research contents are as follows: firstly, through the external and internal environment analysis of HQP Company, the author summarizes the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company, and then according to the known mission and objectives of the company, Through the EFE matrix, the EFE matrix and the SWOT matrix are used to work out the alternative schemes of multiple procurement strategies. Finally, through the quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM, the decision is made to determine the optimal purchasing strategy of the HQP Company, and the analysis is made on the implementation and control of the procurement strategy, and so on. To achieve the overall strategic objectives of the company to provide supply protection.
