【摘要】：核桃是世界著名四大干果之首,具有很高的營養(yǎng)價值,有“長壽果”、“萬歲子”之稱。核桃在我國栽培已有2000多年的歷史,勤勞而又智慧的中華民族在長期的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中所創(chuàng)造的核桃文化,是我國傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,深入探索核桃文化資源具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價值和現(xiàn)實意義。近年來,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)成為旅游業(yè)的新亮點,受到了廣泛關(guān)注,文化的深度挖掘?qū)τ谛蓍e農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義,同時也是目前休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)面臨的一個重要問題。核桃作為我國傳統(tǒng)栽培作物,探索核桃傳統(tǒng)文化對于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)無疑具有有益的啟示和幫助。目前,關(guān)于核桃文化的研究,大多集中于核桃種質(zhì)、基因、選育等的研究,但對于傳統(tǒng)文獻(xiàn)中核桃文化價值的探究卻少有人進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)。因此,核桃文化的挖掘工作尚待深入。 本文立足于充分利用古籍資料,探討古代人民對核桃的開發(fā)和利用,具體從核桃的物質(zhì)文化與精神文化進(jìn)行論述,與現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)中最受重視的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)相結(jié)合,不僅是古籍資料中核桃文化的現(xiàn)實應(yīng)用,而且為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中的文化開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。 論文首先探究核桃的起源地以及我國核桃栽培擴大分布的變化軌跡,主要體現(xiàn)在核桃栽植地域延伸和古代人民對核桃認(rèn)識的變化兩個方面；在此基礎(chǔ)上,沿著歷史這一主線逐步探索古代人民對核桃適用性的發(fā)掘以及文化的創(chuàng)造,并論述現(xiàn)代核桃文化及其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。其次,從物質(zhì)和精神兩個層面重點研究核桃文化價值,物質(zhì)層面主要體現(xiàn)在三個方面：飲食文化、藥用文化、把玩文化；精神層面主要體現(xiàn)在兩個方面：文學(xué)藝術(shù)和民俗文化,并從中總結(jié)三個方面的核桃文化休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)價值,分別是：園藝觀賞價值、抗體保健價值、藝術(shù)賞玩價值。最后,總結(jié)我國核桃休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及其問題,有針對性的提出核桃休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)的原則與對策,選擇安徽寧國甲路鎮(zhèn)為案例區(qū),在深入分析該地區(qū)資源環(huán)境條件的基礎(chǔ)上,將上述總結(jié)的核桃文化以及價值,應(yīng)用于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)中。
[Abstract]:Walnut is the world famous four big dried fruit, has the very high nutrition value, has the "longevity fruit", "long live son" said. Walnut has been cultivated in China for more than 2000 years. The walnut culture created by the industrious and intelligent Chinese nation in the long term agricultural production is an important part of our traditional culture. It is of great academic value and practical significance to explore walnut cultural resources in depth. In recent years, leisure agriculture has become a new bright spot of tourism, which has received extensive attention. The deep excavation of culture is of great significance for the sustainable development of leisure agriculture, and is also an important issue in the development of leisure agriculture. Walnut as a traditional cultivation crop in China, exploring the traditional culture of walnut undoubtedly has beneficial enlightenment and help for the development of leisure agriculture. At present, most of the studies on walnut culture focus on walnut germplasm, genes, breeding and so on, but few people systematically summarize the value of walnut culture in the traditional literature. Therefore, the excavating work of walnut culture needs to be deepened. Based on the full use of ancient books and materials, this paper discusses the development and utilization of walnut by ancient people, discusses the material culture and spiritual culture of walnut, and combines it with the development of leisure agriculture, which is paid most attention to in the modern tourism industry. It is not only a practical application of walnut culture in ancient books, but also a theoretical basis for the development of culture in leisure agriculture. The paper first explores the origin of walnut and the change track of the expanding distribution of walnut cultivation in China, mainly reflected in two aspects: the extension of walnut planting area and the change of ancient people's understanding of walnut. Along the main line of history, this paper explores the applicability of the ancient people to walnut and the creation of culture, and discusses the present situation of the development of modern walnut culture and its industry. Secondly, it focuses on the value of walnut culture from two aspects: diet culture, medicinal culture and play culture; spiritual level mainly embodies in two aspects: literature, art and folk culture, the material level is mainly reflected in three aspects: food culture, medicinal culture, play culture, spiritual level mainly reflected in two aspects: literature and art and folk culture. Three aspects of walnut culture leisure agriculture development value are summarized: horticultural ornamental value, antibody health value, artistic value. Finally, the paper summarizes the current situation and problems of walnut leisure agriculture development in China, puts forward the principles and countermeasures of walnut leisure agriculture development, selects Jialu Town of Ningguo, Anhui Province as a case area, and analyzes the resource and environmental conditions in this area. The walnut culture and value summarized above were applied to the development of leisure agriculture.
