【摘要】：在最近幾十年內(nèi)，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為了發(fā)展最為迅猛的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，它也被稱為21世紀(jì)的“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”。隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟與文化一體化儼然已成為一個重要趨勢，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)必將成為我國新的經(jīng)濟增長點，并成為國民經(jīng)濟的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前，伊川縣主要依靠的是煤-電-鋁的發(fā)展方式，雖然取得了不小的成果，，但是也面臨著污染以及不可持續(xù)發(fā)展等問題，因此，轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟增長方式，大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為了必然趨勢。伊川縣有著豐厚的文化資源以及明顯的空間區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，在近些年來伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也取得了不小的進步，但是總體而言，伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的開發(fā)程度較低，存在著“散”和“粗”的情況，可觀瞻性較差，缺乏支柱資源，且整體實力不強，還需要進一步的發(fā)展。因此，不論是從滿足人們?nèi)找嬖鲩L的文化需求而言，還是從縣域經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度來看，都應(yīng)對伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展加以重視。 本文在分析伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，利用SWOT分析法，對伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、挑戰(zhàn)進行了深入分析，并通過對文化產(chǎn)品體系的構(gòu)建及文化產(chǎn)業(yè)行業(yè)的體系構(gòu)建這兩個方面，實現(xiàn)了伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的構(gòu)建。最后，提出了伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑，即“政府為引導(dǎo)、創(chuàng)意為主導(dǎo)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為引擎、資金技術(shù)為支持、可持續(xù)發(fā)展為方式”，并提出了發(fā)展伊川縣文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, cultural industry has become one of the fastest developing industries, which is also called "sunrise industry" in the 21st century. With the continuous development of society, economic and cultural integration has become an important trend, cultural industry will become a new economic growth point, and become the pillar industry of the national economy. At present, Yichuan County mainly relies on the development mode of coal, electricity and aluminium. Although it has made great achievements, it is also facing problems such as pollution and unsustainable development. Therefore, it is changing the mode of economic growth. Vigorously developing cultural industry has become an inevitable trend. Yichuan County has rich cultural resources and obvious spatial location advantages. In recent years, the development of the cultural industry in Yichuan County has also made great progress, but generally speaking, the level of development of the cultural industry in Yichuan County is relatively low. There are "scattered" and "coarse" situation, poor observability, lack of pillar resources, and the overall strength is not strong, but also needs further development. Therefore, it is necessary to attach importance to the development of the cultural industry in Yichuan both from the point of view of satisfying the increasing cultural needs of the people and the sustainable development of the county economy. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cultural industry in Yichuan County, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of the cultural industry in Yichuan County by using the SWOT analysis method. Through the construction of the cultural product system and the construction of the cultural industry system, the construction of the cultural industry system in Yichuan County is realized. Finally, the paper puts forward the development path of the cultural industry in Yichuan County, that is, "the government is the guide, the creativity is the leading, the industry cluster is the engine, the fund and technology are the support, and the sustainable development is the way". And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to develop the cultural industry in Yichuan County.
