【摘要】:文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是依靠創(chuàng)意人的智慧、技能和天賦,借助于高科技對(duì)文化資源進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造與提升,通過知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的開發(fā)和運(yùn)用,產(chǎn)生出高附加值產(chǎn)品,具有創(chuàng)造財(cái)富和就業(yè)潛力的產(chǎn)業(yè)。由于文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅能夠提供大量的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),生產(chǎn)出高附加值的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù),更為重要的是能夠推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、快速的發(fā)展而備受多個(gè)國(guó)家的重視。自上世紀(jì)末以來(lái),一些經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相繼開始實(shí)施國(guó)家文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,把文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)定位為國(guó)家實(shí)施創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、提升國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的價(jià)值產(chǎn)業(yè)。2009年我國(guó)正式確立把發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、改變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式、發(fā)展綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要戰(zhàn)略之一。在此之后,國(guó)家出臺(tái)了多種政策給予大力支持,促使文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)得以快速的發(fā)展起來(lái)。正是多個(gè)企業(yè)的紛紛加入,使行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得更加激烈。 Eegoo公司是一家多元化業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè),由于文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)涉及的行業(yè)領(lǐng)域多,范圍寬廣,面對(duì)眾多發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),Eegoo公司也一直在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)不斷的嘗試和探索。雖然經(jīng)過了近三年的發(fā)展,但公司戰(zhàn)略定位一直不清晰,另外在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方面也存在著問題,這些都嚴(yán)重制約了公司的快速發(fā)展。面對(duì)當(dāng)前新的形勢(shì)下,Eegoo需要盡快制定出公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,引領(lǐng)公司走出發(fā)展困境。本文采用文獻(xiàn)查閱法、調(diào)查研究法、歷史對(duì)比法、定性定量法等研究方法,比較全面的分析了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),介紹了Eegoo公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。運(yùn)用宏觀環(huán)境分析(PEST)、行業(yè)分析、外部因素評(píng)價(jià)矩陣(EFE)、內(nèi)部因素評(píng)價(jià)矩陣(IFE)以及SWOT矩陣分析法,分別對(duì)公司的外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了具體分析研究,提出公司使命、愿景和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。運(yùn)用QSPM矩陣分析工具和戰(zhàn)略選擇評(píng)分表的方法,評(píng)選出公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即公司層采用調(diào)整性緊縮戰(zhàn)略對(duì)公司進(jìn)行重組整合,在業(yè)務(wù)開展上采用差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。為了確保戰(zhàn)略有效實(shí)施,本文也制定出戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的四個(gè)步驟、實(shí)施保障措施、以及戰(zhàn)略控制措施。 本文通過對(duì)Eegoo公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析研究,制定出一套發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,希望對(duì)Eegoo公司未來(lái)發(fā)展具有引領(lǐng)作用,同時(shí)也希望能對(duì)其他從事文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略管理方面具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industries rely on the wisdom, skills and talents of creative people to create and upgrade cultural resources with the aid of high technology, and produce high value-added products through the development and use of intellectual property rights. Industries with the potential to create wealth and employment. Cultural and creative industries can not only provide a large number of employment opportunities, produce high value-added products or services, more importantly, can promote the sustained and rapid development of the national economy, so many countries pay attention to it. Since the end of the last century, some economically developed countries have started to implement the national cultural development strategy one after another, positioning the cultural and creative industries as the national innovation strategy. In 2009, China formally established the development of cultural and creative industries as one of the important strategies to adjust the economic structure, change the mode of economic growth and develop green industries. After this, the country issued a variety of policies to give strong support, to promote the rapid development of cultural and creative industries. It is many enterprises join in succession, make the industry competition becomes more intense. Eegoo is a cultural creative enterprise with diversified business operations. Because of the wide range of industries involved in cultural and creative industries, Eegoo has been constantly trying and exploring in many fields in the face of many development opportunities. Although after nearly three years of development, the strategic positioning of the company has not been clear, in addition, there are also problems in management, which have seriously restricted the rapid development of the company. Facing the current new situation, Eegoo needs to work out the company's development strategy as soon as possible to lead the company out of the development dilemma. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, investigation and research, historical contrast, qualitative and quantitative analysis and so on, analyzes the present situation and development trend of cultural and creative industry, and introduces the present development situation of Eegoo Company. By using macro environment analysis, industry analysis, external factor evaluation matrix, internal factor evaluation matrix and SWOT matrix analysis, the paper makes specific analysis and research on the external and internal environment of the company, and puts forward the mission of the company. Vision and strategic objectives. By using the QSPM matrix analysis tool and the method of the strategic selection scoring table, the development strategy of the company is selected, that is, the company adopts the adjustment and retrenchment strategy to reorganize and integrate the company, and adopts the differentiated competition strategy in the business development. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, this paper also worked out four steps of strategy implementation, the implementation of safeguards, and strategic control measures. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Eegoo Company, this paper draws up a set of development strategies, hoping to lead the future development of Eegoo Company. At the same time, it also hopes to provide some theoretical and practical guidance to other enterprises engaged in cultural and creative industries.
