【摘要】：文化是人類生存的方式，文化的發(fā)展是人類思想和智慧的發(fā)展，也是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。實(shí)際上，文化在今天不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支撐力量，而且己經(jīng)成為重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門。當(dāng)今社會(huì)，世界文化產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，，市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈，我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。 山東是中國東部沿海發(fā)達(dá)省區(qū)之一。進(jìn)人21世紀(jì)，山東經(jīng)濟(jì)要走出高原效應(yīng)，需要有經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展新的成長點(diǎn)、新思路新決策。2012年1月10日，青島市委召開常委(擴(kuò)大)會(huì)議，青島西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃正式出臺(tái)，作為藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的重要組成，西海岸新區(qū)的規(guī)劃將支撐青島成為“國際灣區(qū)都市”。與此同時(shí)，青島西海岸也正依托此良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，從而迎來全新騰飛契機(jī)�？v觀中國經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)發(fā)展，浦東、天津新區(qū)已成為中國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)重要增長極。浦東新區(qū)現(xiàn)已成為國際金融、航運(yùn)中心，更成為上海對(duì)話世界的重要窗口，區(qū)域影響力可見一斑。西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)的成立也將更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)大青島一體化建設(shè)，成為青島經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的聚集地，帶動(dòng)區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的大發(fā)展大繁榮。 本文一共分為四部分對(duì)西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究。 第一部分是緒論。對(duì)于本文的究對(duì)象、論文中出現(xiàn)的概念進(jìn)行了界定。分析了本文的研究目的和意義。總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。 第二部分主要論述了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)生歷史背景、國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)生、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、國內(nèi)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 第三部分主要論述了西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀研究，分為四個(gè)章節(jié)，分別從西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的意義和必然性、西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的可行性分析、西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的SWOT分析，從西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)四個(gè)角度分析了西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。 第四部分主要論述了西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)策研究。
[Abstract]:Culture is the way of human existence, and the development of culture is the development of human thought and wisdom as well as the development of economy and society. In fact, culture is not only an important supporting force of economic development, but also an important industrial sector. Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world's cultural industry and the increasingly fierce market competition, our country's cultural industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Shandong is one of the developed provinces along the east coast of China. In the 21st century, if Shandong's economy is to go out of the plateau effect, it needs to have new growth points and new ideas and decisions for economic and social development. On January 10, 2012, the Qingdao Municipal CPC Committee convened a standing Committee (expansion) meeting. As an important component of the blue economic zone, the development plan of the new economic district of Qingdao west coast will support Qingdao to become an "international bay area city". At the same time, Qingdao West Coast is also relying on this good development opportunities, thus ushered in a new opportunity to take off. Throughout the development of China's economic new area, Pudong, Tianjin New area has become an important growth pole of China's regional economy. Pudong New area has become an international financial and shipping center and an important window for the dialogue world in Shanghai. The establishment of the new economic zone on the west coast will better realize the integration construction of Qingdao, become the gathering place of Qingdao economy and culture, and promote the great development and prosperity of the regional cultural industry. This paper is divided into four parts to study the cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast. The first part is the introduction. For the research object of this paper, the concept appeared in the paper is defined. The purpose and significance of this paper are analyzed. The research status at home and abroad is summarized. The second part mainly discusses the historical background of cultural industry, the emergence of cultural industry at home and abroad, the industrial structure of cultural industry, and the development of domestic cultural industry. The third part mainly discusses the current situation of the cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast, which is divided into four chapters, respectively from the significance and inevitability of the study of the cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast, and the feasibility analysis of the development of the cultural industry in the new area of the economy of the west coast. The present situation of the development of cultural industry in the new economic zone of the West Coast, the SWOT analysis of the development of the cultural industry in the New Economic Zone of the West Coast, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the cultural industry in the new area of the economy of the West Coast, The present situation of the development of cultural industry in the new economic zone of the west coast is analyzed from four angles of opportunity and challenge. The fourth part mainly discusses the strategy of cultural industry in the new area of west coast economy.
