【摘要】:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,由于歷史原因,我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)起點(diǎn)低、基礎(chǔ)薄、競爭力弱,其根本原因在于競爭機(jī)制不健全,這主要表現(xiàn)在:供求失衡、價格機(jī)制失靈、資金保障不足、人才激勵不到位。文章從供給側(cè)改革、推進(jìn)公平價格競爭、強(qiáng)化資金扶持、樹立全新激勵機(jī)制四個方面提出應(yīng)對之策。
[Abstract]:The cultural industry is an important part of the national economy. Due to historical reasons, the cultural industry of our country has a low starting point, a weak foundation and a weak competitiveness. The fundamental reason lies in the imperfect competition mechanism, which is mainly manifested in the imbalance between supply and demand and the failure of the price mechanism. Inadequate financial support, talent incentives are not in place. This paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects of supply-side reform, promoting fair price competition, strengthening fund support and setting up new incentive mechanism.
