【摘要】：在分析文化創(chuàng)意的創(chuàng)業(yè)主體、源泉和創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,分析文化創(chuàng)意轉(zhuǎn)化為創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的幾大因素,包括創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿、創(chuàng)業(yè)潛能和創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)遇。最后探討文化創(chuàng)意創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的保障措施,包括評(píng)估機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度的建立和相關(guān)法律體系的完善,創(chuàng)新機(jī)制良性循環(huán)的基礎(chǔ)和政府政策的支持與正確引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the main body, source and environment of cultural creativity, this paper analyzes several factors that transform cultural creativity into entrepreneurial behavior, including entrepreneurial willingness, entrepreneurial potential and entrepreneurial opportunities. Finally, it discusses the safeguard measures of cultural and creative entrepreneurial behavior, including the evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism, the establishment of intellectual property protection system and the perfection of relevant legal system, the foundation of the virtuous circle of innovation mechanism and the support and correct guidance of government policy.
