【摘要】：農村電影放映工程十多年來取得了卓越的成績,同時也出現(xiàn)了不少問題。十多年來,國家耗費了巨大的社會資源,在公共文化服務體系的總體框架下運行農村電影放映工程,到如今,其主要困惑體現(xiàn)在無效觀眾"被觀看"和放映主體陷窘境兩個方面,此為被救之困。但是農村電影放映工程在保護農村居民的文化權益、營造良好的電影產業(yè)生態(tài)等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用,其社會功能又是其他文化服務形式很難替代的,此為割舍之難。
[Abstract]:Rural film screening project has made outstanding achievements in the past ten years, but also appeared a lot of problems. For more than a decade, the country has expended enormous social resources and run the rural film screening project under the overall framework of the public cultural service system. Its main perplexity is that the invalid audience "is watched" and the projector is in two aspects: being rescued. However, the project plays an important role in protecting the cultural rights and interests of rural residents and creating a good film industry ecology, and its social function is difficult to replace by other forms of cultural service.
